Abstract

A system includes a playbook generation module, a coaching computer module linked to the playbook generation module, an electronic playbook, and a wearable player electronic display. The playbook generation module is configured to provide an interface for developing a first play and a second play, the second play being different than the first play. The coaching computer module is configured to receive from a user at least a first selection signal corresponding to the first play and a second selection signal corresponding to the second play. The electronic playbook stores the first play and the second play and is configured to receive the first selection signal and the second selection signal from the coaching computer module. The wearable electronic player display is configured to receive the first play corresponding to the first selection signal and the second play corresponding to the second selection signal.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A system comprising:
 a) a playbook generation module, the playbook generation module configured to provide an interface for developing a first play and a second play, the second play being different than the first play; b) a coaching computer module linked to the playbook generation module, the coaching computer module configured to receive from a user at least a first selection signal corresponding to the first play and a second selection signal corresponding to the second play; c) an electronic playbook storing the first play and the second play, the electronic playbook configured to receive the first selection signal and the second selection signal from the coaching computer module; and d) a wearable player electronic display, the wearable player electronic display configured to receive the first play corresponding to the first selection signal and the second play corresponding to the second selection signal.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the wearable player electronic display includes a display configured to display the first play.

3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the wearable player electronic display is configured to display the second play after displaying the first play.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein each of the first selection signal and the second selection signal is transmitted from the coaching computer module to a plurality of wearable player electronic displays via a server.

5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the electronic playbook is a software application stored and executed at the coaching computer module.

6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the coaching computer module is configured to transmit each of the first play and the second play to the wearable player electronic display, and wherein the second play is transmitted to the wearable player electronic display after the first play.

7 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:
 e) an authentication module configured to authenticate transmission of the first play to the wearable player electronic display.

8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the first play is transmitted to the wearable player electronic display only when authentication has been granted by the authentication module.

9 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the wearable player electronic display includes the authentication module such that the wearable player electronic display is configured to determine whether the transmission of the first play to the wearable player electronic display is authorized.

10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the coaching computer module includes a Bluetooth transmitter that is configured to transmit the first play to the wearable player electronic display, and the wearable player electronic display includes a Bluetooth receiver that is configured to receive the first play from the coaching computer module.

11 . A process comprising the steps of:
 a) developing a first play through a playbook generation module that is linked to a coaching computer module, the first play being stored in an electronic playbook; b) transmitting from the coaching computer module to the electronic playbook at least a first selection signal corresponding to the first play to select the first play; c) transmitting the selected first play to a player via a wearable player electronic display; d) developing a second play through the playbook generation module that is linked to the coaching computer module, the second play being stored in the electronic playbook; e) transmitting from the coaching computer module to the electronic playbook at least a second selection signal corresponding to the second play to select the second play; and f) transmitting the selected second play to the player via the wearable player electronic display.

12 . The process of claim 11 , wherein each of the first selection signal and the second selection signal is transmitted from the coaching computer module to a plurality of wearable player electronic displays via a server.

13 . The process of claim 11 , wherein the electronic playbook is a software application stored and executed at the coaching computer module.

14 . The process of claim 13 , wherein each of the first play and the second play is transmitted to the wearable player electronic display via the coaching computer module.

15 . The process of claim 11 , further comprising:
 g) authenticating the transmission of the selected first play to the wearable player electronic display using an authentication module

16 . The process of claim 15 , further comprising:
 h) transmitting the selected first play to the wearable player electronic display only when authentication has been granted.

17 . The process of claim 15 , wherein the wearable player electronic display includes the authentication module to determine whether the transmission of the selected first play to the wearable player electronic display is authorized.

18 . The process of claim 11 , wherein the wearable player electronic display displays the first play.

19 . The process of claim 18 , wherein the wearable player electronic display displays the second play at a time after displaying the first play.

20 . The process of claim 11 , wherein the wearable player electronic display receives the transmission of the selected first play via Bluetooth wireless transmission.
