Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure, comprising a vaporizer tube, wherein the vaporizer tube comprises a first end provided with a vaporizer holder component and a second end provided with an atomization structure component; the vaporizer tube is axially movably provided with an air tube, and the air tube extends to the first end and the second end respectively. The invention is novel in concept, reasonable in design, and easy to use; oil leakage is avoided in the invention by arranging the oil tank and the atomization component for atomization in a separated layout through the sealed connection, so that the product is safer to use, cleaner, and has a better experience.

An electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure, comprising a vaporizer tube ( 100 ), wherein the vaporizer tube ( 100 ) comprises a first end ( 110 ) provided with a vaporizer holder component ( 300 ) and a second end ( 120 ) provided with an atomization structure component ( 400 ); the vaporizer tube ( 100 ) is axially movably provided with an air tube ( 200 ), and the air tube ( 200 ) extends to the first end ( 110 ) and the second end ( 120 ) respectively;
 the space in the vaporizer tube ( 100 ) between the vaporizer holder component ( 300 ) and the atomization structure component ( 400 ) is used as an oil tank ( 130 ) for containing e-liquid;   the vaporizer holder component ( 300 ), the air tube ( 200 ), and the vaporizer tube ( 100 ) are in sealed connection with each other;   the atomization structure component ( 400 ) comprises a lower sealing silicone sleeve ( 410 ); the lower sealing silicone sleeve ( 410 ) is in sealed connection with the inner wall of the vaporizer tube ( 100 ), and the middle part of the lower sealing silicone sleeve ( 410 ) forms an inner cavity ( 411 ), and a cavity hole ( 412 ) is formed near the end of the oil tank ( 130 ); the inner cavity ( 411 ) is provided with an inner core ( 413 ); the inner core ( 413 ) penetrates the cavity hole ( 412 ) from the inside to the outside, and is in sliding fit with the cavity hole ( 412 ); the end of the inner core ( 413 ) close to the oil tank ( 130 ) is connected to the air tube ( 200 ); a first sealing ring ( 500 ) is provided where the outer wall of the inner core ( 413 ) contacts the inner wall of the cavity hole ( 412 ); the inner cavity ( 411 ) is provided with a heating wire ( 414 ), and the inner core ( 413 ) is provided with an oil passing hole ( 4131 ), and the oil passing hole ( 4131 ) is located in the inner cavity ( 411 ) so that the e-liquid passes through the oil passing hole ( 4131 ) from the inner cavity ( 411 ) and then contacts the heating wire ( 414 ); the inner cavity ( 411 ) is connected to the inside of the air tube ( 200 ).   
     
     
         2 . The electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the inner diameter of the cavity hole ( 412 ) is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner cavity ( 411 ).

The electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the oil tank ( 130 ) is fixedly provided with a supporting platen ( 140 ) close to the vaporizer holder component ( 300 ); the vaporizer holder component ( 300 ) is arranged on the supporting platen ( 140 ).

The electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure according to  claim 3 , wherein the vaporizer holder component ( 300 ) comprises an upper sealing silica gel ( 310 ) and a vaporizer holder ( 320 ); the supporting platen ( 140 ) is provided with a through hole ( 141 ); the upper sealing silica gel ( 310 ) passes through the through hole ( 141 ) and then extends into the oil tank ( 130 ); the air tube ( 200 ) passes through the upper sealing silica gel ( 310 ) from one side of the oil tank ( 130 ) and is connected to the vaporizer holder ( 320 ); the vaporizer holder ( 320 ) is arranged at the end of the first end ( 110 ). 
     
     
         5 . The electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure according to  claim 4 , wherein a second sealing ring ( 330 ) is provided between the air tube ( 200 ) and the upper sealing silica gel ( 310 ). 
     
     
         6 . The electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure according to  claim 5 , wherein a third sealing ring ( 340 ) is provided between the upper sealing silica gel ( 310 ) and the inner wall of the vaporizer tube ( 100 ). 
     
     
         7 . The electronic vaporizer with separated oil core structure according to  claim 6 , wherein a section of the upper sealing silica gel ( 310 ) close to the end of the first end ( 110 ) forms a gap with the inner wall of the vaporizer tube ( 100 ); the vaporizer holder ( 320 ) is cylindrical, and a section of the vaporizer holder ( 320 ) close to the oil tank ( 130 ) is slidably inserted into the gap.
