Abstract
A system and method of wall painting includes a wall painting machine, a calibratable print head, and a control terminal. The wall painting machine includes more than one print head, wherein each print head includes a plurality of nozzles, and printing positions are adjacent to each other. Among the multiple nozzles of each two print heads, there are nozzles with overlapping print positions, and the nozzles of the print heads can be set to be turned on or off. A method for calibrating a print head includes displaying a calibration interface of a wall painting machine. The calibration interface includes setting options for setting the nozzles of each print head to be turned on or off. Based on the setting operation of the setting options, each print head is turned on. A nozzle for controlling the wall painting is turned on by each print head, and color blocks printed by each print head on the wall are used to set the nozzle to on or off.

1 . An apparatus comprising:
a plurality of print heads; and a plurality of nozzles, wherein among the multiple nozzles of each two print heads adjacent to the print position, there nozzles with overlapping print positions, wherein the nozzles of the print head can be set to be turned on or off.
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of print heads are sequentially distributed in a horizontal direction, and the plurality of print heads print in a vertical direction.
3 . A method for calibrating a print head of a wall painting machine, characterized in that the wall painting machine comprises a plurality of print heads, each print head includes a plurality of nozzles, and each two print heads adjacent to each other in a printing position are respectively among the multiple nozzles, wherein there are nozzles with overlapping print positions, and the method including:
displaying a calibration interface of the wall painter, the calibration interface including a setting option for setting the nozzle of each print head to be turned on or off; recording the nozzles opened by each print head based on the setting operation of the setting options; and controlling the wall painter to print on the wall by using the nozzles opened by each print head, and the color blocks printed by each print head on the wall are used to set the nozzles of the print head on or off next time.
4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein said controlling said wall painting machine to print on a wall using a nozzle opened by each print head according to respective colors of each print head, wherein the colors corresponding to each of the two print heads adjacent to the print position are different.
5 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the calibration interface further comprises an inspection test option for indicating the start of printing, wherein when the inspection test option is triggered, the wall painting machine is controlled to print on the wall by using the nozzle opened by each print head.
6 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the calibration interface further comprises a confirmation option indicating that the calibration is completed.
7 . An apparatus comprising:
an interface display module for displaying a calibration interface of the wall painter, and the calibration interface includes a setting option for setting whether to enable or disable the nozzle of each print head; a recording module, configured to record a nozzle opened by each print head based on a setting operation on the setting option; and a print control module is used to control the wall painter to print on the wall using the nozzles opened by each print head, and the color blocks printed by each print head on the wall are used for the next print head Reference for nozzle opening or closing settings.
8 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the print control module is specifically configured to control the wall painting machine and use the nozzles opened by each print head according to the respective colors of each print head.

The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the calibration interface further comprises an inspection test option for indicating start of printing, wherein the print control module is configured to control the wall painting machine to print on the wall using the nozzle opened by each print head after the inspection and testing option is triggered.
