Abstract

In some embodiments, the systems and methods built in accordance with the present disclosure may analyze audience engagement with a presentation displayed during a meeting and provide feedback to a presenter during and/or after the presentation. In some embodiments, the provided feedback may include determining metrics indicative of participant engagement levels. Participant engagement levels may then be used to adjust meetings in real-time and/or after the meeting has ended. In some embodiments, the system may include a hybrid configuration where a subset of the presenters, participants and moderators are physically present in the same environment. In some embodiments, the system may include a fully virtual configuration where all of the presenters, participants and moderators are physically remote from each other. A system may include presenter computing devices, participant computing devices and a server system including a data analytics module configured to determine metrics indicative of participant engagement levels.

We claim: 
     
         1 . A system comprising:
 a server system including one or more processors and a memory that includes instructions, that when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to:   receive a request for a meeting environment at a platform from a presenter computing device, wherein the request includes a presentation, presentation data, and further defines engagement objectives associated with the presentation;   receive engagement data from one or more participant computing devices indicative of an interaction with the presentation;   segment the engagement data based on a deployment type;   determine one or more key metrics for the presentation based on the engagement objectives and engagement data; and   generate instructions to modify an interactive graphical user interface (GUI) on the presenter computing device based on the one or more key metrics.   
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the engagement data further includes user clicks, user notes, slides saved, questions asked, or user responses to surveys. 
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the presentation data includes one of slides associated with the presentation, timing information for when each slide is displayed to a participant, polling questions, chat data, audio transcripts from the presentation, or video transcripts from the presentation. 
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein at least the presenter computing device and the one or more participant computing devices are located in physical proximity from each other. 
     
     
         5 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein at least presenter computing device and the one or more participant computing devices are located physically remote from each other. 
     
     
         6 . The system of  claim 1 , further comprising: a private network configured to communicatively interface at least one of the one or more participant computing devices, the presenter computing device, and a moderator computing device. 
     
     
         7 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the server system is configured to integrate with a videoconferencing software to provide the interactive GUI on one of the one or more participant computing devices, the presenter computing device, and a moderator computing device to: display the presentation and engage with the presentation. 
     
     
         8 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
 receiving a request for a meeting environment at a platform from a presenter computing device, wherein the request includes a presentation, presentation data, and further defines engagement objectives associated with the presentation;   receiving engagement data from one or more participant computing devices indicative of an interaction with the presentation;   segmenting the engagement data based on a deployment type;   determine one or more key metrics for the presentation based on the engagement objectives and engagement data; and   generating instructions to modify an interactive graphical user interface (GUI) on the presenter computing device based on the one or more key metrics.   
     
     
         9 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 8 , wherein the engagement data further includes user clicks, user notes, slides saved, questions asked, or user responses to surveys.

The computer-implemented method of  claim 8 , wherein the presentation data includes one of slides associated with the presentation, timing information for when each slide is displayed to a participant, polling questions, chat data, audio transcripts from the presentation, or video transcripts from the presentation. 
     
     
         11 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 8 , wherein at least the presenter computing device and the one or more participant computing devices are located in physical proximity from each other. 
     
     
         12 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 8 , wherein at least presenter computing device and the one or more participant computing devices are located physically remote from each other. 
     
     
         13 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 8 , further comprising: a private network configured to communicatively interface at least one of the one or more participant computing devices, the presenter computing device, and a moderator computing device.

The computer-implemented method of  claim 8 , wherein a server system is configured to integrate with a videoconferencing software to provide the interactive GUI on one of the one or more participant computing devices, the presenter computing device, and a moderator computing device to: display the presentation and engage with the presentation. 
     
     
         15 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions, that when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the instructions for:
 receiving a request for a meeting environment at a platform from a presenter computing device, wherein the request includes a presentation, presentation data, and further defines engagement objectives associated with the presentation;   receiving engagement data from one or more participant computing devices indicative of an interaction with the presentation;   segmenting the engagement data based on a deployment type;   determining one or more key metrics for the presentation based on the engagement objectives and engagement data; and   generating instructions to modify an interactive graphical user interface (GUI) on the presenter computing device based on the one or more key metrics.   
     
     
         16 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 15 , wherein the engagement data further includes user clicks, user notes, slides saved, questions asked, or user responses to surveys.

The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 15 , wherein the presentation data includes one of slides associated with the presentation, timing information for when each slide is displayed to a participant, polling questions, chat data, audio transcripts from the presentation, or video transcripts from the presentation. 
     
     
         18 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 15 , wherein at least the presenter computing device and the one or more participant computing devices are located in physical proximity from each other. 
     
     
         19 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 15 , wherein at least presenter computing device and the one or more participant computing devices are located physically remote from each other. 
     
     
         20 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of  claim 15 , further comprising: a private network configured to communicatively interface at least one of the one or more participant computing devices, the presenter computing device, and a moderator computing device; and
 wherein a server system is configured to integrate with a videoconferencing software to provide the interactive GUI on one of the one or more participant computing devices, the presenter computing device, and a moderator computing device to: display the presentation and engage with the presentation.
