Hair comb structure
Abstract
A hair comb structure contains: a first combing element and a second combing element. The first combing element has a first flat sheet, a grip, a slidable rail, a positioning portion extending adjacent to the grip, and multiple first spaced columns. The second combing element has a second flat sheet, and the second flat sheet has a root, a slidable protrusion, and a push button. The push button has a guiding portion, and the guiding portion has a first dent and a second dent which are configured to engage with the positioning portion so that the second combing element slides relative to the first combing element. The positioning portion is moved between the first dent and the second dent so as to adjust a distance between any two adjacent first spaced columns and a distance between any two adjacent second spaced columns of multiple second spaced columns.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hair comb structure comprising:
a first combing element having a first flat sheet, a grip which extends from an end of the flat sheet, a slidable rail defined on an outer side of the first flat sheet, a positioning portion extending adjacent to the grip, and multiple first spaced columns formed opposite to the slidable rail; a second combing element having a second flat sheet stacked with the first flat sheet, and the second flat sheet having a root abutting against the grip, a slidable protrusion formed on an outer side of the second flat sheet and corresponding to the slidable rail so that the second combing element slides linearly along the first combing element, wherein the second flat sheet further has a push button located on the root and corresponding to the positioning portion of the first combing element, the push button has a guiding portion formed on a bottom thereof parallel to the slidable protrusion and corresponding to the positioning portion, wherein the guiding portion has a first dent and a second dent which are formed on two ends of the guiding portion and are configured to engage with the positioning portion so that the second combing element slides relative to the first combing element, wherein the positioning portion is moved between the first dent and the second dent so as to adjust a distance between any two adjacent first spaced columns and a distance between any two adjacent second spaced columns of multiple second spaced columns.
2 . The hair comb structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the grip of the first combing element is more than a thickness of the first flat sheet so that the root of the second combing element abuts against the grip.
3 . The hair comb structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the slidable rail has a rib extending from an outer side thereof, and the slidable protrusion has a protective groove defined adjacent to an outer wall thereof and configured to engage with the rib, such that the second combing element covers the first combing element by using the protective groove.
4 . The hair comb structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a distance between any two adjacent first spaced columns or any two adjacent second spaced columns is identical so that when the second combing element is stacked with the first combing element, the distance is largest.
5 . The hair comb structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the guiding portion of the second combing element is a gourd-shaped recess, a trench is defined and communicates between the first dent and the second dent of the guiding portion, and a width of the trench is less than a width of each of the first dent and the second dent.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
