Abstract
This invention provides a building including plural floors and plural residence units which can combine the advantages of a townhouse and a large wide unit at a single floor of a residence building of plural floors which include big width and dedicated outdoor field.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A building including plural floors and plural residence units, wherein each residence unit of the plural residence units is for one household to live in, and different residence units of the plural residence units are for different households to live in, and wherein the building includes a first-floor or a bottom-floor, and the first-floor is one floor of the building or the bottom-floor includes 2 or 3 floors of the building, and wherein the building includes an upper-floor, and the upper-floor includes “m” floors of the building above the first-floor (or bottom-floor), and the number “m” is not less than 2, and wherein the first-floor (or bottom-floor) includes at least “n” living spaces which different “n” residence units include respectively, and the number “n” is not less than 3 or 4 or 5, and wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes living space in the upper-floor, and a floor of the upper-floor includes the living space which at least one of the “n” residence units includes, and wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes its own elevator dedicated to the each residence unit and/or its own stair dedicated to the each residence unit, and the dedicated elevator and/or the dedicated stair included by the each residence unit lead to or connect the living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor) included by the each residence unit and the living space at the upper-floor included by the each residence unit, and wherein the space of any elevator and any stair is not living space or a living space doesn't include the space of any elevator and any stair, and a living space is included by a residence unit, and wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes its living space and includes its own dedicated elevator and/or its own dedicated stair, and each residence unit of the “n” residence units is separated from public area and any other residence unit of the building, and the public area is the area which is not included by any residence unit, and wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes a main interface in its living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor), and the main interface separates indoor living space from outdoor space, and one side of the main interface is the indoor living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor) which the each residence unit includes, and the other side of the main interface is outdoor space and the outside of the building, and wherein the floor altitude of the outdoor floor or outdoor ground or outdoor public area which is nearest to a main interface is called standard altitude of the main interface, and wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units corresponds to one floor of the upper-floor, and for the area of the living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor) which is in a vertical downward projection of the living space which the each residence unit includes at the one floor, a part or at least a half of the area is not included by the each residence unit.

The building according to claim 1 , wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes a living space “FLR” at a single and/or flat floor of the upper-floor, and wherein the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit is not less than 1.5 or 2 or 3 or 4 times of the usable area of the living space which the residence unit includes at the first-floor (or at any floor of the bottom-floor), or the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit is not less than the total usable area which 2 or 3 units of the “n” residence units include at the first-floor (or at a floor of the bottom-floor), or the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit is not less than the total usable area which any 2 or 3 units of the “n” residence units include at the first-floor (or at a floor of the bottom-floor).

The building according to claim 1 , wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes a living space “FLR” at a single and/or flat floor of the upper-floor, and wherein the ratio of the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit to the total usable area of the floor which the “FLR” is at is not less than 1.5 or 2 or 3 or 4 times of the ratio of the usable area of the living space which the residence unit includes at the first-floor (or at any floor of the bottom-floor) to the total usable area at the first-floor (or at the bottom-floor), or the ratio of the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit to the total usable area of the floor which the “FLR” is at is not less than the ratio of the total usable area which 2 or 3 units of the “n” residence units include at the first-floor (or at a floor of the bottom-floor) to the total usable area at the first-floor (or at the bottom-floor), or the ratio of the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit to the total usable area of the floor which the “FLR” is at is not less than the ratio of the total usable area which any 2 or 3 units of the “n” residence units include at the first-floor (or a floor of the bottom-floor) to the total usable area at the first-floor (or at the bottom-floor).

The building according to claim 1 , wherein a residence unit which is one of the “n” residence units and which includes the living space at the highest floor of the upper-floor of the building doesn't include living space at the lowest floor of the upper-floor of the building, and/or a residence unit which is one of the “n” residence units and which includes the living space at the lowest floor of the upper-floor of the building doesn't include living space at the highest floor of the upper-floor of the building.

The building according to claim 1 , wherein for a residence unit which is one of the “n” residence units and which includes the living space at the floor “U” of the upper-floor of the building, the upper-floor includes another floor “V” under the floor “U” and the floor “V” includes living space, and the resident unit doesn't include living space at the floor “V”, and/or for a residence unit which is one of the “n” residence units and which includes the living space at the floor “UU” of the upper-floor of the building, and the upper-floor includes another floor “VV” above the floor “UU” and the floor “VV” includes living space, and the resident unit doesn't include living space at the floor “VV”.

The building according to claim 1 , wherein at least one residence unit of the “n” residence units doesn't include living space at the lowest floor of the upper-floor, and/or at least one residence unit of the “n” residence units doesn't include living space at the highest floor of the upper-floor, and/or each residence unit of the “n” residence units doesn't include living space at at least one floor of the upper-floor.

The building according to claim 1 , wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes living space at a floor of the upper-floor and doesn't include living space at any other floor of the upper-floor, and/or each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes all of the living space at one floor of the upper-floor, and/or at least one of the “n” residence units includes all of the living space at one floor of the upper-floor.

The building according to claim 1 , wherein each residence unit of the “n” residence units includes kitchen and bathroom in its living space, and/or each residence unit which is one of the “n” residence unit and which doesn't include living space at the lowest floor of the floors above the first-floor (or bottom-floor) of the building includes its own elevator dedicated to the each residence unit.

The building according to claim 1 , wherein for each residence unit of the “n” residence units, there is an outdoor garden or yard or field corresponding to a living space which includes a main interface and which the each residence unit includes at the first-floor (or bottom-floor), and the outdoor garden or yard or field is dedicated to the each residence unit.
10 . The building according to claim 1 , wherein the “n” residence units include all of the living space of the building and the “n” residence units are all of the residence units of the building.

A building including plural floors and plural residence units, wherein each residence unit of the building is for one household to live in, and different residence units of the building are for different households to live in, and wherein the building includes a first-floor or a bottom-floor, and the first-floor is one floor of the building or the bottom-floor includes 2 or 3 floors of the building, and wherein the building includes an upper-floor, and the upper-floor includes “m” floors of the building above the first-floor (or bottom-floor), and the number “m” is not less than 2, and wherein the first-floor (or bottom-floor) includes 2 living spaces which different 2 residence units include respectively, and wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes living space in the upper-floor, and a floor of the upper-floor includes the living space which at least one of the 2 residence units includes, and wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes its own elevator dedicated to the each residence unit and/or its own stair dedicated to the each residence unit, and the dedicated elevator and/or the dedicated stair of the each residence unit lead to or connect the living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor) included by the each residence unit and the living space at the upper-floor included by the each residence unit, and wherein the space of any elevator and any stair is not living space or a living space doesn't include the space of any elevator and any stair, and a living space is included by a residence unit, and wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes its living space and includes its own dedicated elevator and/or its own dedicated stair, and each residence unit of the 2 residence units is separated from public area and any other residence unit of the building, and the public area is the area which is not included by any residence unit, and wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes a main interface in its living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor), and the main interface separates indoor living space from outdoor space, and one side of the main interface is the indoor living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor) which the residence unit includes, and the other side of the main interface is outdoor space and the outside of the building, and wherein the floor altitude of the outdoor floor or outdoor ground or outdoor public area which is nearest to a main interface is called standard altitude of the main interface, and wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units corresponds to one floor of the upper-floor, and for the area of the living space at the first-floor (or bottom-floor) which is in a vertical downward projection of the living space which the each residence unit includes at the one floor, a part or at least a half of the area is not included by the each residence unit.

The building according to claim 11 , wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes a living space “FLR” at a single and/or flat floor of the upper-floor, and wherein the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit is not less than 1.5 or 2 or 3 or 4 times of the usable area of the living space which the residence unit includes at the first-floor (or at any floor of the bottom-floor), or the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit is not less than the total usable area which the 2 residence units include at the first-floor (or at a floor of the bottom-floor).

The building according to claim 11 , wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes a living space “FLR” at a single and/or flat floor of the upper-floor, and wherein the ratio of the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit to the total usable area of the floor which the “FLR” is at is not less than 1.5 or 2 or 3 or 4 times of the ratio of the usable area of the living space which the residence unit includes at the first-floor (or at any floor of the bottom-floor) to the total usable area at the first-floor (or at the bottom-floor), or the ratio of the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit to the total usable area of the floor which the “FLR” is at is not less than the ratio of the total usable area which 2 or 3 units of the “n” residence units include at the first-floor (or at a floor of the bottom-floor) to the total usable area at the first-floor (or at the bottom-floor), or the ratio of the usable area of a “FLR” of a residence unit to the total usable area of the floor which the “FLR” is at is not less than the ratio of the total usable area which any 2 or 3 units of the “n” residence units include at the first-floor (or a floor of the bottom-floor) to the total usable area at the first-floor (or at the bottom-floor).

The building according to claim 11 , wherein a residence unit which is one of the 2 residence units and which includes the living space at the highest floor of the upper-floor of the building doesn't include living space at the lowest floor of the upper-floor of the building, and/or a residence unit which is one of the 2 residence units and which includes the living space at the lowest floor of the upper-floor of the building doesn't include living space at the highest floor of the upper-floor of the building.

The building according to claim 11 , wherein for a residence unit which is one of the 2 residence units and which includes the living space at the floor “U” of the upper-floor of the building, the upper-floor includes another floor “V” under the floor “U” and the floor “V” includes living space, and the resident unit doesn't include living space at the floor “V”, and/or for a residence unit which is one of the 2 residence units and which includes the living space at the floor “UU” of the upper-floor of the building, and the upper-floor includes another floor “VV” above the floor “UU” and the floor “VV” includes living space, and the resident unit doesn't include living space at the floor “VV”.

The building according to claim 11 , wherein at least one residence unit of the 2 residence units doesn't include living space at the lowest floor of the upper-floor, and/or at least one residence unit of the 2 residence units doesn't include living space at the highest floor of the upper-floor, and/or each residence unit of the 2 residence units doesn't include living space at at least one floor of the upper-floor.

The building according to claim 11 , wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes living space at a floor of the upper-floor and doesn't include living space at any other floor of the upper-floor, and/or each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes all of the living space at one floor of the upper-floor, and/or at least one of the 2 residence units includes all of the living space at one floor of the upper-floor.

The building according to claim 11 , wherein each residence unit of the 2 residence units includes kitchen and bathroom in its living space, and/or a resident unit which is one of the 2 residence units and which doesn't include the living space at the lowest floor of the floors above the first-floor (or bottom-floor) of the building includes its own dedicated elevator which connects its living space at the first floor and its living space at the upper-floor.

The building according to claim 11 , wherein for each residence unit of the 2 residence units, there is an outdoor garden or yard or field corresponding to a living space which includes a main interface and which the each residence unit includes at the first-floor (or bottom-floor), and the outdoor garden or yard or field is dedicated to the each residence unit.
