Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 .- 15 . (canceled)

         16 . A vascular graft comprising:
 at least one conduit having a first conduit region; and a second conduit region,
 wherein the first conduit region has a substantially constant diameter and is connected to a first end of the second conduit region and a second end of the second conduit region contains an opening configured to connect to a vessel,
 wherein the second conduit region is a connector having an enlarged portion,
   wherein the at least one conduit is configured to couple to a blood pump, wherein the blood pump comprises:
 a pump section;
 an air drive line connected to the pump section;
 a controller connected to the air drive line;
 a pump tip portion configured to extend into the enlarged portion, and
   wherein the enlarged portion is configured such that the pump tip portion swivels within the enlarged portion without touching an interior portion of the enlarged portion.

         17 . The vascular graft of claim 16 , wherein the pump tip portion is further configured to connect to the first conduit region prior to extending into the enlarged portion.

         18 . The vascular graft of claim 16 , wherein the second end of the second conduit region further comprises a connector portion configured to connect to the vessel.

         19 . The vascular graft of claim 18 , wherein the connector portion is configured to connect to the enlarged portion on one end and the vessel on another end.

         20 . The vascular graft of claim 16 , wherein the first conduit region includes a first material and the second conduit region includes a second material distinct from the first material.

         21 . The vascular graft of claim 20 , wherein the first material includes silicone rubber.

         22 . The vascular graft of claim 20 , wherein the first material includes a metal or a plastic.

         23 . The vascular graft of claim 20 , wherein the second material includes porous ePTFE.

         24 . The vascular graft of claim 20 , wherein the second material includes woven Dacron.

         25 . The vascular graft of claim 16 , wherein the pump tip portion includes a metal or a plastic.
