Abstract
The present invention relates to a shoe which comprises an insole having lapillus attached thereto and a foot correction outsole, wherein: the insole is positioned inside the shoe, has an upper shape protruding by a predetermined interval, and includes lapillus attached to the position of a first kidney meridian point (KI1) to perform acupressure on the foot of a shoe wearer and thus help blood circulation; and the outsole has elastic forces differently applied to positions on a plane, so that health-related harmful factors caused by a weight bias due to genu varum or genu valgum are prevented and legs are corrected. As described above, a shoe which comprises an insole having lapillus attached thereto and a foot correction outsole according to the present invention has lapillus emitting far-infrared rays, having a predetermined porosity, and exhibiting an aesthetic impression, wherein: the lapillus is attached to a shoe insert to enhance health and secure an aesthetic impression; and another shoe insert having a different protrusion surface may be used to adjust the degree of acupressure applied to the sole of a user's foot. The shoe also comprises a lower plate which is made of a lattice-shaped elastic substance and by which a user's body weight may be buffered. The insole has a foot corrector attached thereto and installed thereat, and the outsole has regions having different elastic forces. Accordingly, the shoe can prevent a shoe wearer from developing hallux valgus and correct genu varum or genu valgum.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A shoe having an insole with lapillus attached thereto and a foot deformity correction outsole, the sole comprising:
the insole inserted thereinto and having an upper plate disposed on top thereof to come into contact with the foot sole and a lower plate coming into contact with top of the outsole and attached to the underside of the upper plate to support the upper plate thereagainst; and the outsole whose underside coming into contact with the ground, while seating the insole onto top thereof, configured to have a region of a front portion where a foot ball is located larger than a region of a rear portion where a foot heel is located when viewed on the plane, and configured to allow a given position of the front portion, onto which a big toe is seated, to protrude forwardly by a given length from a given position of the front portion, onto which a little toe is seated, wherein the upper plate comprises: a plurality of flat protruding surfaces and a plurality of tripod-shaped protruding surfaces protruding from top thereof, the plurality of flat protruding surfaces being provided on the foot heel and a portion corresponding to an acupressure point “Yongcheonhyeol” on the foot sole and the plurality of tripod-shaped protruding surfaces being provided on the remaining portions of the foot; and the plurality of pieces of lapillus attached to the protruding surface corresponding to the acupressure point “Yongcheonhyeol” to perform acupressure for the acupressure point “Yongcheonhyeol” of the foot sole, and the lower plate is made of neoprene foam rubber with the same shape as the upper plate on the plane, top of the lower plate being fixedly attached to the underside of the upper plate.
2 . The shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the upper plate of the insole is made of a synthetic resin or rubber and has a plurality of fine through holes formed thereon to move air to the inside of the shoe.

The shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the upper plate of the insole has a fabric material attached to top thereof to provide water absorption and ventilation, and the fabric material is one selected from a fabric and leather and has through holes formed correspondingly to the lapillus to pass the lapillus therethrough.
4 . The shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the lower plate of the insole is made of silicone or rubber to provide a given elastic force and moves the air applied from the upper plate therethrough.

The shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the outsole is made of one or more materials selected from leather, rubber, urethane, synthetic polymer, and jute, and when viewed on the plane, the outsole is divided into six regions corresponding to the forefoot, midfoot, hindfoot, left side foot, right side foot, and the like, each of the six regions being divided into three sub-regions, so that some of the divided regions are selected according to a body weight inclination of a wearer due to his or her bowlegs or knock knees, and the elastic force of the material for the selected regions is relatively lower than the elastic force of the material for the regions not selected.
6 . The shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the tripod-shaped protruding surfaces of the upper plate of the insole are replaced with flat or semicircular protruding surfaces.

The shoe according to claim 6 , wherein the upper plate with the flat protruding surfaces has a foot deformity corrector detachably coupled to the region on which toes are located, and the foot deformity corrector has a flat surface and a horizontal plate, the horizontal plate having a protrusion located between the big toe and the second toe.
