Abstract

The present invention relates to antagonizing the activity of IL-17A, IL-17F and IL-23 using bispecific antibodies that comprise a binding entity that is cross-reactive for IL-17A and IL-17F and a binding entity that binds IL-23p19. The present invention relates to novel bispecific antibody formats and methods of using the same.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . An isolated antibody comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises a constant domain comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:127.

2 . The isolated antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody.

3 . The isolated antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a bispecific antibody.

4 . The isolated antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a human antibody.

5 . The isolated antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a humanized antibody.

6 . A composition comprising the antibody of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

7 . An isolated antibody comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises a constant domain comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:128.

8 . The isolated antibody of claim 7 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody.

9 . The isolated antibody of claim 7 , wherein the antibody is a bispecific antibody.

10 . The isolated antibody of claim 7 , wherein the antibody is a human antibody.

11 . The isolated antibody of claim 7 , wherein the antibody is a humanized antibody.

12 . A composition comprising the antibody of claim 7 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
