Abstract
An intelligent extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles relating to the field of automation equipment is provided, comprising: a casing; a fixing device assembled on the casing for detachably installing the casing on the packaging bottle; a human body sensing device mounted on the casing for real-time detection of a human body and sending a control signal to the pressing device based on the detection result; and the pressing device mounted on the casing corresponding to the packaging bottle and used to receive the control signal sent by the human body sensing device to press or stop pressing the indenter of the packaging bottle. A pressing cavity for accommodating the packaging bottle is provided between the casing and the fixing device, and adopting the above technical solution has the advantages of wide application range, portability, convenient disassembly and assembly of cleaning and caring articles, and simple structure.

1 . An extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring article, comprising:
a casing ( 1 ); a fixing device ( 2 ) assembled on the casing ( 1 ) for detachably installing the casing ( 1 ) on a packaging bottle; a human body sensing device ( 3 ) mounted on the casing ( 1 ) for real-time detection of a human body and sending a control signal to a pressing device ( 4 ) based on a detection result; and the pressing device ( 4 ) mounted on the casing ( 1 ) to correspond to the packaging bottle and configured to receive the control signal sent by the human body sensing device ( 3 ) to press or stop pressing an indenter of the packaging bottle, wherein a pressing cavity (c) for accommodating the packaging bottle is provided between the casing ( 1 ) and the fixing device ( 2 ).
2 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 1 , wherein the fixing device ( 2 ) comprises:
a clamping board ( 5 ) installed on the casing ( 1 ), and a first bayonet (d) for engaging with a mouth of the packaging bottle is provided on the clamping board ( 5 ).
3 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 2 , wherein the fixing device ( 2 ) further comprises:
a limiting pad block ( 6 ) arranged between the clamping board ( 5 ) and the mouth; and a second bayonet (e) that faces a different direction from the first bayonet (d) is provided on the limiting pad block ( 6 ).
4 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 3 , wherein the fixing device ( 2 ) further comprises:
a detachable assembly ( 7 ) for embodying disassembly and assembly between the clamping board ( 5 ) and the casing ( 1 ), wherein one part of the detachable assembly ( 7 ) is arranged on the casing ( 1 ), and one part of the detachable assembly ( 7 ) is arranged on the clamping board ( 5 ).
5 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 4 , wherein an insertion slot (b) is provided on one side of the casing ( 1 ), and the detachable assembly ( 7 ) comprises:
a plug-in board ( 8 ) of which one end is fixedly connected to the clamping board ( 5 ) and the other end is inserted into the insertion slot (b); a first clamping member ( 9 ) arranged on the plug-in board ( 8 ); a through slot (a) provided on the casing ( 1 ) and corresponding to the first clamping member ( 9 ); a second clamping member ( 10 ) rotatably assembled on the casing ( 1 ) and corresponding to the through slot (a), and configured for engaging or disengaging the first clamping member ( 9 ); a button ( 11 ) assembled on the second clamping member ( 10 ) and configured for a user to press so as to disengage the second clamping member ( 10 ) from the first clamping member ( 9 ); and a reset elastic piece assembled between the second clamping piece ( 10 ) and the casing ( 1 ).
6 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 5 , wherein a third bayonet (i) that is symmetrical to the first bayonet (d) and has a different size is provided on the plug-in board ( 8 ); and
a third clamping member ( 22 ) that is engagable with the second clamping member ( 10 ) on a same side of the clamping board ( 8 ) is provided on the clamping board ( 5 ).
7 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 5 , wherein the first clamping member ( 9 ), the second clamping member ( 10 ) and the third clamping member ( 22 ) are all clamping teeth.
8 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 1 , wherein an opening ( 0 corresponding to the first bayonet (d) is provided on the casing ( 1 ), and the pressing device ( 4 ) comprises:
a press block ( 12 ) slidably assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and arranged at the opening (f);
a motor ( 13 ) assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and connected to a power source;
a cam ( 14 ) connected to a motor shaft of the motor ( 13 ) for pushing the press block ( 12 ) to slide relative to the clamping board ( 5 ); and
a spring ( 18 ) assembled between the press block ( 12 ) and the casing ( 1 ) and configured to reset the press block ( 12 ) so that the press block ( 12 ) is always attached to the cam ( 14 ).
9 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 2 , wherein an opening (f) corresponding to the first bayonet (d) is provided on the casing ( 1 ), and the pressing device ( 4 ) comprises:
a press block ( 12 ) slidably assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and arranged at the opening ( 0 ; a motor ( 13 ) assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and connected to a power source; a cam ( 14 ) connected to a motor shaft of the motor ( 13 ) for pushing the press block ( 12 ) to slide relative to the clamping board ( 5 ); and a spring ( 18 ) assembled between the press block ( 12 ) and the casing ( 1 ) and configured to reset the press block ( 12 ) so that the press block ( 12 ) is always attached to the cam ( 14 ).
10 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 3 , wherein an opening ( 0 corresponding to the first bayonet (d) is provided on the casing ( 1 ), and the pressing device ( 4 ) comprises:
a press block ( 12 ) slidably assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and arranged at the opening (f);
a motor ( 13 ) assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and connected to a power source;
a cam ( 14 ) connected to a motor shaft of the motor ( 13 ) for pushing the press block ( 12 ) to slide relative to the clamping board ( 5 ); and
a spring ( 18 ) assembled between the press block ( 12 ) and the casing ( 1 ) and configured to reset the press block ( 12 ) so that the press block ( 12 ) is always attached to the cam ( 14 ).
11 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 4 , wherein an opening (f) corresponding to the first bayonet (d) is provided on the casing ( 1 ), and the pressing device ( 4 ) comprises:
a press block ( 12 ) slidably assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and arranged at the opening (f); a motor ( 13 ) assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and connected to a power source; a cam ( 14 ) connected to a motor shaft of the motor ( 13 ) for pushing the press block ( 12 ) to slide relative to the clamping board ( 5 ); and a spring ( 18 ) assembled between the press block ( 12 ) and the casing ( 1 ) and configured to reset the press block ( 12 ) so that the press block ( 12 ) is always attached to the cam ( 14 ).
12 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 5 , wherein an opening ( 0 corresponding to the first bayonet (d) is provided on the casing ( 1 ), and the pressing device ( 4 ) comprises:
a press block ( 12 ) slidably assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and arranged at the opening (f);
a motor ( 13 ) assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and connected to a power source;
a cam ( 14 ) connected to a motor shaft of the motor ( 13 ) for pushing the press block ( 12 ) to slide relative to the clamping board ( 5 ); and
a spring ( 18 ) assembled between the press block ( 12 ) and the casing ( 1 ) and configured to reset the press block ( 12 ) so that the press block ( 12 ) is always attached to the cam ( 14 ).
13 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 6 , wherein an opening (f) corresponding to the first bayonet (d) is provided on the casing ( 1 ), and the pressing device ( 4 ) comprises:
a press block ( 12 ) slidably assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and arranged at the opening (f); a motor ( 13 ) assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and connected to a power source; a cam ( 14 ) connected to a motor shaft of the motor ( 13 ) for pushing the press block ( 12 ) to slide relative to the clamping board ( 5 ); and a spring ( 18 ) assembled between the press block ( 12 ) and the casing ( 1 ) and configured to reset the press block ( 12 ) so that the press block ( 12 ) is always attached to the cam ( 14 ).
14 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 7 , wherein an opening ( 0 corresponding to the first bayonet (d) is provided on the casing ( 1 ), and the pressing device ( 4 ) comprises:
a press block ( 12 ) slidably assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and arranged at the opening (f);
a motor ( 13 ) assembled within the casing ( 1 ) and connected to a power source;
a cam ( 14 ) connected to a motor shaft of the motor ( 13 ) for pushing the press block ( 12 ) to slide relative to the clamping board ( 5 ); and
a spring ( 18 ) assembled between the press block ( 12 ) and the casing ( 1 ) and configured to reset the press block ( 12 ) so that the press block ( 12 ) is always attached to the cam ( 14 ).
15 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 8 , wherein a guide rib ( 21 ) is provided within the casing ( 1 ), and the press block ( 12 ) comprises:
a guide part ( 19 ) extending along one side of the fixing device ( 2 ), and a sliding groove (h) corresponding to the guide rib ( 21 ) is provided on the guide part ( 19 ); and a pressing part ( 20 ) arranged on the guide part ( 19 ) away from an end of the fixing device ( 2 ).
16 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 9 , wherein a guide rib ( 21 ) is provided within the casing ( 1 ), and the press block ( 12 ) comprises:
a guide part ( 19 ) extending along one side of the fixing device ( 2 ), and a sliding groove (h) corresponding to the guide rib ( 21 ) is provided on the guide part ( 19 ); and a pressing part ( 20 ) arranged on the guide part ( 19 ) away from an end of the fixing device ( 2 ).
17 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 10 , wherein a guide rib ( 21 ) is provided within the casing ( 1 ), and the press block ( 12 ) comprises:
a guide part ( 19 ) extending along one side of the fixing device ( 2 ), and a sliding groove (h) corresponding to the guide rib ( 21 ) is provided on the guide part ( 19 ); and a pressing part ( 20 ) arranged on the guide part ( 19 ) away from an end of the fixing device ( 2 ).
18 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 11 , wherein a guide rib ( 21 ) is provided within the casing ( 1 ), and the press block ( 12 ) comprises:
a guide part ( 19 ) extending along one side of the fixing device ( 2 ), and a sliding groove (h) corresponding to the guide rib ( 21 ) is provided on the guide part ( 19 ); and a pressing part ( 20 ) arranged on the guide part ( 19 ) away from an end of the fixing device ( 2 ).
19 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 12 , wherein a guide rib ( 21 ) is provided within the casing ( 1 ), and the press block ( 12 ) comprises:
a guide part ( 19 ) extending along one side of the fixing device ( 2 ), and a sliding groove (h) corresponding to the guide rib ( 21 ) is provided on the guide part ( 19 ); and a pressing part ( 20 ) arranged on the guide part ( 19 ) away from an end of the fixing device ( 2 ).
20 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 13 , wherein a guide rib ( 21 ) is provided within the casing ( 1 ), and the press block ( 12 ) comprises:
a guide part ( 19 ) extending along one side of the fixing device ( 2 ), and a sliding groove (h) corresponding to the guide rib ( 21 ) is provided on the guide part ( 19 ); and a pressing part ( 20 ) arranged on the guide part ( 19 ) away from an end of the fixing device ( 2 ).
21 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 14 , wherein a guide rib ( 21 ) is provided within the casing ( 1 ), and the press block ( 12 ) comprises:
a guide part ( 19 ) extending along one side of the fixing device ( 2 ), and a sliding groove (h) corresponding to the guide rib ( 21 ) is provided on the guide part ( 19 ); and a pressing part ( 20 ) arranged on the guide part ( 19 ) away from an end of the fixing device ( 2 ).
22 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 1 , wherein a clamping slot is provided on one side of the casing ( 1 ).
23 . The extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles according to claim 15 , wherein a clamping slot is provided on one side of the casing ( 1 ).
