Interactive toys that comply with the montessori educational method and the safety requirements

Abstract

A structure for hanging toys while complying with the safety and educational standards is provided. The structure includes one or more top portions, wherein one or more top portions comprises a head, a platform and a base. The base includes a slot to attach a string to which the toy can be attached. The structure further comprises a bottom portion, which is detachable from the top portion. The bottom portion includes at least two legs that are consequently detachable from the top portion and can be interchanged with another set of legs in order to adjust the height of the structure.

         2 . A toy, comprising:
 a base including at least two leaves stacked on top of each other;   a straight dowel; and   a rod connected to the base using the straight dowel, the straight dowel installed at one end of the rod, the straight dowel enclosed by the at least two leaves of the base.   
     
     
         3 . The toy of  claim 2 , further including a valley in the base. 
     
     
         4 . The toy of  claim 3 , the toy further comprising at least one ring configured to be able to sit on the valley in the base. 
     
     
         5 . The toy of  claim 2 , the toy further comprising at least two different sized rings. 
     
     
         6 . The toy of  claim 2 , the toy further comprising at least two rings, wherein the at least two rings are different colors. 
     
     
         7 . The toy of  claim 2 , the toy further comprising at least two rings, wherein the at least two rings are a same color. 
     
     
         8 . The toy of  claim 2 , the at least two leaves stacked on top of each other comprising multiple leaves of safety compliant material stacked on top of each other. 
     
     
         9 . The toy of  claim 2 , wherein the rod is glued at a connection. 
     
     
         10 . The toy of  claim 2 , wherein the rod is attached to the base by a fastener. 
     
     
         11 . The toy of  claim 2 , wherein an edge of the rod is rounded. 
     
     
         12 . The toy of  claim 11 , wherein the edge of the rod is rounded to a 2 mm radius. 
     
     
         13 . The toy of  claim 2 , wherein a corner of the rod is rounded. 
     
     
         14 . The toy of  claim 2 , wherein a corner of the rod is rounded to a 15 mm diameter. 
     
     
         15 . The toy of  claim 2 , wherein at least one leave is Baltic birch furniture grade plywood. 
     
     
         16 . A method of building a toy, comprising:
 forming a straight dowel;   forming a rod;   installing the straight dowel at one end of the rod;   forming a base comprising at least two leaves stacked on top of each other; and   enclosing the straight dowel between the at least two leaves of the base.   
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 16 , further including forming a valley in the base. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 17 , further including forming at least one ring configured to be able to sit on the valley in the base. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 16 , further comprising forming at least two different sized rings. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 16 , further comprising forming at least two rings, wherein the at least two rings are different colors.
