Abstract

A sweeping robot, comprising a bottom shell, a face shell forming an accommodation chamber together with the bottom shell, and a lower cover, an upper cover, a sealing intermediate cover, a fan unit, and a motor which are disposed in the accommodation chamber, wherein the motor is fixed at the lower cover; the fan unit is mounted on an output shaft of the motor, and is located on the lower cover; the sealing intermediate cover covers the lower cover; the lower cover is provided with an air inlet; the sealing intermediate cover and the lower cover together limit the fan unit inside; the upper cover and the sealing intermediate cover form therebetween an air outtake passage in communication with the fan unit; and the bottom shell and the face shell are provided therebetween with an exhaust passage in communication with the air outtake passage.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A sweeping robot, comprising a bottom shell ( 81 ), a face shell ( 82 ) forming an accommodation chamber together with the bottom shell ( 81 ), and a fan assembly disposed in the accommodation chamber, wherein the fan assembly comprises a lower cover ( 1 ), an upper cover ( 2 ), a sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ), a fan unit ( 4 ), and a motor ( 5 ); the motor ( 5 ) is fixed at the lower cover ( 1 ); the fan unit ( 4 ) is mounted on an output shaft ( 51 ) of the motor ( 5 ), and is located on the lower cover ( 1 ); the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) covers the lower cover ( 1 ); the lower cover ( 1 ) is provided with an air inlet; the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) and the lower cover ( 1 ) together limit the fan unit ( 4 ) inside; the upper cover ( 2 ) and the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) form therebetween an air outtake passage ( 31 ) in communication with the fan unit ( 4 ); an air outlet ( 311 ) of the air outtake passage ( 31 ) is directly opposite to the bottom shell ( 81 ); and the bottom shell ( 81 ) and the face shell ( 82 ) form therebetween an exhaust passage ( 32 ) in communication with the air outtake passage ( 31 ). 
     
     
         2 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 1 , wherein a plurality of air outtake holes ( 84 ) are disposed on a side surface of the face shell ( 82 ), and the plurality of air outtake holes ( 84 ) are in communication with the exhaust passage ( 32 ). 
     
     
         3 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 2 , wherein the plurality of air outtake holes ( 84 ) incline upward. 
     
     
         4 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 1 , wherein the upper cover ( 2 ) covers the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ), and the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) is integrated by means of injection molding. 
     
     
         5 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 1 , wherein the sweeping robot further comprises an air inlet silicon seal gasket ( 85 ), and the air inlet silicon seal gasket ( 85 ) is disposed at the air inlet of an air intake passage. 
     
     
         6 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 1 , wherein the motor ( 5 ) is fixed at the lower cover ( 1 ) via a first fastener. 
     
     
         7 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 1 , wherein the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) is disposed on the lower cover ( 1 ) via a second connector. 
     
     
         8 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 7 , wherein the second connector is a screw or a clamping fastener. 
     
     
         9 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 2 , wherein the upper cover ( 2 ) covers the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ), and the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) is integrated by means of injection molding. 
     
     
         10 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 3 , wherein the upper cover ( 2 ) covers the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ), and the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) is integrated by means of injection molding. 
     
     
         11 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 2 , wherein the sweeping robot further comprises an air inlet silicon seal gasket ( 85 ), and the air inlet silicon seal gasket ( 85 ) is disposed at the air inlet of an air intake passage. 
     
     
         12 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 3 , wherein the sweeping robot further comprises an air inlet silicon seal gasket ( 85 ), and the air inlet silicon seal gasket ( 85 ) is disposed at the air inlet of an air intake passage. 
     
     
         13 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 2 , wherein the motor ( 5 ) is fixed at the lower cover ( 1 ) via a first fastener. 
     
     
         14 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 3 , wherein the motor ( 5 ) is fixed at the lower cover ( 1 ) via a first fastener. 
     
     
         15 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 2 , wherein the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) is disposed on the lower cover ( 1 ) via a second connector. 
     
     
         16 . The sweeping robot according to  claim 3 , wherein the sealing intermediate cover ( 3 ) is disposed on the lower cover ( 1 ) via a second connector.
