Kind of bed base and its production

Abstract

A type of rollable bed base that will serve as a platform for use in the furniture sector, especially in the mattress production sector, for mattresses, headboards and beds without a base.

1 . A bed base comprising:
 a cover ( 1 ),   a felt ( 3 ),   a spring ( 4 ); and   laths ( 5 ),   wherein the bed base is rollable.   
     
     
         2 . The bed base according to  claim 1 , wherein the laths ( 5 ) on the spring ( 4 ) are connected with felts ( 3 ) fastened to one or both sides of the spring ( 4 ) 
     
     
         3 . The bed base according to  claim 2 , wherein the cover ( 1 ) is worn on a core layer including the laths ( 5 ) combined with the spring ( 4 ) and the felt ( 3 ). 
     
     
         4 . The bed base according to  claim 2 , wherein the cover is saw on the core layer including the laths ( 5 ) combined with the spring ( 4 ) and the felt ( 3 ). 
     
     
         5 . The bed base according to  claim 3 , wherein the laths ( 5 ) are placed in pockets at a bottom side of the cover ( 1 ). 
     
     
         6 . The bed base according to  claim 5 , wherein an open side of the pockets is closed with a zipper ( 2 ) or velcro.
