Clothing with buttock lifting inserts

Abstract

Clothing with buttock lifting inserts includes an article of clothing having a tubular waistband, a front panel, a back panel and a pair of leg openings. A pair of pockets are disposed along an inside facing portion of the back panel and include a size that covers an entirety of a user's buttock. A pair of inserts having a shape and a size that approximate a shape and a size of a human buttock are removably positioned within the pair of pockets. The pockets functioning to position the pair of inserts against the wearer's buttocks so as to project outward therefrom in order to move in conformity with the movements of the users buttocks and present a natural look and feel.

1 . An article of clothing, comprising:
 a main body having a tubular waistband, a front panel, a back panel and a pair of leg openings;   a pair of pockets that are disposed along an inside facing portion of the back panel, said pocket including a bottom end, an open top end and an interior space; and   a pair of inserts that are removably positioned within the interior space of each of the pair of pockets,   wherein the pair of inserts include a shape and a size that approximate a shape and a size of a human buttock.   
     
     
         2 . The clothing of  claim 1 , wherein the pair of inserts are constructed from at least one of a silicone or nylon material. 
     
     
         3 . The clothing of  claim 1 , wherein the pair of inserts are constructed from a resilient material that moves in conformity with a movement of a user's buttock. 
     
     
         4 . The clothing of  claim 1 , wherein the pair of pockets are positioned along the back panel so as to cover an entirety of a user's buttocks. 
     
     
         5 . The clothing of  claim 4 , wherein the pair of inserts include a shape and a size that is complementary to a shape and a size of the interior space of the pair of pockets. 
     
     
         6 . The clothing of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 connectors that are positioned along the open top end of each of the pair of pockets, said connectors functioning to selectively secure the open top end in a closed position.   
     
     
         7 . The clothing of  claim 6 , wherein the connectors comprise strips of hook and loop material.
