Abstract
An electronic hydraulic brake device includes a main braking part and an assist braking part. The main braking part is configured to drive a motor to provide hydraulic pressure to a plurality of wheel cylinders. The assist braking part is connected to the main braking part. The assist braking part is configured to provide auxiliary hydraulic pressure to the plurality of wheel cylinders in response to an operation error of the main braking part.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An electronic hydraulic brake device comprising:
a main braking part having a first hydraulic part and a second hydraulic part, which are formed therein in order to drive a motor to guide braking hydraulic pressure to a plurality of wheel cylinders; and an assist braking part connected to any one or more of the first and second hydraulic parts so as to be filled with high braking hydraulic pressure, and configured to provide braking hydraulic pressure to the plurality of wheel cylinders when an operation error of the main braking part occurs.
2 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 1 , wherein the main braking part comprises:
a pedal cylinder configured to generate hydraulic pressure as a pedal is pressurized, and connected to the first hydraulic part to guide braking hydraulic pressure to some of the plurality of wheel cylinders and the second hydraulic part to guide braking hydraulic pressure to the others of the plurality of wheel cylinders; and a hydraulic connector configured to connect the first and second hydraulic parts or remove the connection.
3 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 1 , wherein the main braking part comprises:
a master cylinder configured to drive the motor to generate hydraulic pressure, and connected to the first hydraulic part to guide braking hydraulic pressure to some of the plurality of wheel cylinders and the second hydraulic part to guide braking hydraulic pressure to the others of the plurality of wheel cylinders; and a main motor pump mounted in the first and second hydraulic parts, and configured to amplify the braking hydraulic pressure of the first and second hydraulic parts.
4 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 1 , wherein the assist braking part comprises:
an assist hydraulic part connected to any one of the first and second hydraulic parts and configured to guide braking hydraulic pressure; an assist accumulator connected to the assist hydraulic part and filled with high braking hydraulic pressure; an assist bypass part configured to bypass the assist hydraulic part to guide braking hydraulic pressure to the assist accumulator; and an assist sensing part configured to measure the braking hydraulic pressure of the assist accumulator.
5 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 4 , wherein the braking hydraulic pressure generated by the main braking part through the driving of the motor is moved to the assist accumulator so as to fill the assist accumulator.
6 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 4 , wherein the assist hydraulic part comprises:
an assist hydraulic line having one end connected to any one of the first and second hydraulic parts and the other end connected to the assist accumulator; and an assist hydraulic valve formed on the assist hydraulic line and configured to open the assist hydraulic line when an operation error of the main braking part occurs.
7 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 6 , wherein the assist bypass part comprises:
an assist bypass line having both ends connected to the assist hydraulic line, and configured to induce braking hydraulic pressure to bypass the assist hydraulic valve and to move to the assist accumulator; and an assist bypass valve formed on the assist bypass line, and configured to allow braking hydraulic pressure to move in one direction.
8 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 4 , wherein the assist braking part further comprises an assist pump connected to a storage part which is connected to the main braking part to store braking hydraulic pressure, and configured to transfer the braking hydraulic pressure stored in the storage part to the assist accumulator.
9 . The electronic hydraulic brake device of claim 1 , wherein the assist braking part comprises:
a first assist hydraulic part connected to the first hydraulic part and configured to guide braking hydraulic pressure; a second assist hydraulic part connected to the second hydraulic part and configured to guide braking hydraulic pressure; an assist accumulator connected to the first and second assist hydraulic parts and filled with high braking hydraulic pressure; a first assist bypass part configured to bypass the first assist hydraulic part to guide braking hydraulic pressure to the assist accumulator; a second assist bypass part configured to bypass the second assist hydraulic part to guide braking hydraulic pressure to the assist accumulator; and an assist sensing part configured to measure the braking hydraulic pressure of the assist accumulator.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
