Abstract
The invention relates to the field of housewares, particularly to a mop holder ( 2 ) which enables to hold a mop in a mop and bucket set in vertical position. Thereby, a user may save operational time of disassembly for the arrangement of a mop and bucket set, and reduce damages due to multiple disassembly operations. Further, a mop holder can also be neatly arranged inside a mop and bucket set when out of usage.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A mop holder for a mop and bucket set that includes a mop and a bucket, the mop holder comprising:
a plate of an elongated shape having two ends, one end thereof being configured to be couplable to the bucket to form a knuckle joint therebetween, and the other end thereof having an elastic groove joint configured to hold the mop.
2 . The mop holder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the knuckle joint is formed between the one end of the plate and an edge of the bucket, and the mop holder is rotatable via the knuckle joint, to be in
a first position in which the elastic groove joint at said the other end holds the mop, or
a second position in which the mop holder rests on a lateral surface of the bucket.
3 . The mop holder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the mop holder is made of resin.
4 . (canceled)
5 . The mop holder of claim 1 , wherein the plate is substantially flat and of a rectangular shape.
6 . The mop holder of claim 1 , wherein
the elastic groove joint is a recess formed on said the other end of the plate, and the plate is deformable for the mop to be pushed into or out of the recess.
7 . A mop and bucket set, comprising:
a mop; a bucket; and a mop holder that is a plate of an elongated shape having two ends, of which
one end is configured to be coupled to an edge of the bucket, to thereby form a knuckle joint between the mop holder and the bucket, and
the other end has an elastic groove joint configured to hold the mop, wherein the mop holder is rotatable via the knuckle joint, to be in
a first position in which said the elastic groove joint at the other end holds the mop, or
a second position in which the mop holder rests on a lateral surface of the bucket.
8 . The mop and bucket set of claim 7 , further comprising:
a face plate having a lower knuckle joint inside the bucket, such that the mop is holdable by both the face plate and the elastic groove joint.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
