Image processing system, image processing method, and program
Abstract
The present invention provides an image processing system, an image processing method, and a program capable of suppressing confusion that may arise in a case where a target person is identified when tracking a person. An image processing system includes: a camera control unit which accepts input video images captured by a plurality of video cameras; a tracked person registering unit capable of registering one or more persons appearing in the video images inputted from the camera control unit; and a display screen generating unit which displays switchable windows of the video images inputted from the video cameras for each person registered by the tracked person registering unit.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI(We) claim:
1 . A video surveillance method performed by a first equipment communicably coupled to a storage which stores information about a plurality of person images, a display device, and a plurality of surveillance cameras provided at a plurality of locations, the video surveillance method comprising:
receiving, by the first equipment, an image of a person from one of the surveillance cameras, the person appearing in video captured by the one of the surveillance cameras, the person being detected by the one of the surveillance cameras; obtaining, by the first equipment, a plurality of images of the detected person based on the information about the plurality of person images stored in the storage; controlling, by the first equipment, the display device to display the plurality of images of the detected person arranged in chronological order from left to right on a plurality of rows, each of the plurality of rows corresponding to a corresponding location among the plurality of locations.
2 . The video surveillance method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
detecting, by the one of the surveillance cameras, the person; and transmitting, by the one of the surveillance cameras, the image of the detected person to the first equipment.
3 . The video surveillance method according to claim 2 , further comprising:
storing, by the first equipment, the image of the detected person in the storage.
4 . The video surveillance method according to claim 3 further comprising:
controlling, by the first equipment, the display device to display, the image of the detected person and the time information when specifying a person image based on a degree of similarity by a collation by the first equipment.
5 . A video surveillance apparatus communicably coupled to a storage which stores information about a plurality of person images, a display device and a plurality of surveillance cameras, the cameras provided at a plurality of locations, the video surveillance apparatus comprising:
at least one memory storing an instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: receive an image of a person from one of the surveillance cameras, the person appearing in video captured by the one of the surveillance cameras, the person being detected by the one of the surveillance cameras; obtain a plurality of images of the detected person based on the information about the plurality of person images stored in the storage; control the display device to display the plurality of images of the detected person arranged in chronological order from left to right on a plurality of rows, each of the plurality of rows corresponding to a corresponding location among the plurality of locations.
6 . A video surveillance system including a first equipment communicably coupled to a storage which stores information about a plurality of person images, and a plurality of surveillance cameras provided at a plurality of locations, the first equipment communicably coupled to a display device, the video surveillance system comprising:
at least one memory storing an instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: receive, by the first equipment, an image of a person from one of the surveillance cameras, the person appearing in video captured by the one of the surveillance cameras, the person being detected by the one of the surveillance cameras; obtain, by the first equipment, a plurality of images of the detected person based on the information about the plurality of person images stored in the storage; control, by the first equipment, the display device to display the plurality of images of the detected person arranged in chronological order from left to right on a plurality of rows, each of the plurality of rows corresponding to a corresponding location among the plurality of locations.
7 . The video surveillance system according to claim 6 , the at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:
detect, by the one of the surveillance cameras, the person; and transmit, by the one of the surveillance cameras, the image of the detected person to the first equipment.
8 . The video surveillance system according to claim 7 , the at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:
store, by the first equipment, the image of the detected person in the storage.
9 . The video surveillance system according to claim 8 , the at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:
control, by the first equipment, the display device to display, the image of the detected person and the time information when specifying a person image based on a degree of similarity by a collation by the first equipment.
10 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having recorded thereon instructions executable by a processor to perform the video surveillance method according to claim 1 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
