Data playback system, data playback method, data playback terminal, printer, and server

Abstract

There are provided a data playback system, a data playback method, a data playback terminal, a printer, and a server which are capable of playing sound from a printout and viewing a favorable image.Image data of an image printed on an instant film and sound data associated with the image data are stored in a data storage server. In a case where a two-dimensional code printed with the image on the instant film is read by a data playback terminal, access information to the image data of the printed image and the sound data associated with the image data is obtained. The data playback terminal accesses the data storage server based on the obtained access information, and downloads and plays the image data of the printed image and the sound data.

         21 . A data playback system comprising:
 a server that includes a memory and stores image data of an image printed on a medium and sound data associated with the image data in the memory, wherein the image data includes a recording information having an access information; and   a data upload terminal that uploads at least one of an image data, a sound data, and an identification information including information of a sound data associated with the image data,   wherein the data upload terminal comprises   a processor;   a short-range wireless communication device;   a wireless communication device;   and   the processor   obtains upload data related to playback data by short-range wireless communication,   transfers the data to the server by wireless communication via the communication network.   
     
     
         22 . A digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 21 , comprising
 a processor;   a microphone;   an image sensor;   a short-range wireless communication device;   wherein the processor sends to the upload terminal at least one of sound data acquired via a microphone, the image data captured by the image sensor, and an identification information generated to identify image data with sound data, by short-range wireless communication   
     
     
         23 . The digital camera for the data playback according to  claim 22 , further comprising printer,
 wherein the processor   generates a printing image data by combining with the original image data and a two-dimensional code obtained by encoding identification information, and   prints the printing image data by printer.   
     
     
         24 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the identification information includes information on the cumulative number of times of printing.   
     
     
         25 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 24 ,
 wherein the identification information further includes information on a unique identification number assigned to the digital camera and/or a device model of the digital camera.   
     
     
         26 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the processor   manages communication,   in a case where detects a communication error, cancels uploading, and performs uploading at the time when next communication is established.   
     
     
         27 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the processor   instructs rewriting of the sound data associated with the image data,   in a case where the rewriting of the sound data is instructed, obtains sound data for rewriting, and rewrites the sound data of the image data for which the rewriting is instructed with the sound data for rewriting.   
     
     
         28 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the processor   instructs after recording for the image data,   in a case where the after recording is instructed, obtains sound data and records the obtained sound data in association with the image data for which the after recording is instructed in the storage.   
     
     
         29 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the processor   obtains sound data for a predetermined time at the time of imaging, and records the obtained sound data in association with the image data in the storage.   
     
     
         30 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the processor   sets whether or not to print the recording information in a case where the image data associated with the sound data is printed,   uploads the data to the server in a case where the printing of the recording information is set, and   adds the recording information and prints the image data in a case where the printing of the recording information is set.   
     
     
         31 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein, in a case where the image data associated with the sound data is printed, the processor exclusively prints the recording information and the image.   
     
     
         32 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the processor prints the image on an instant film.   
     
     
         33 . The digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the recording information is a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or a radio tag.   
     
     
         34 . A data upload method for a data playback system comprising:
 obtaining upload data related to playback data from a digital camera by short-range wireless communication,   transferring to a data storage server by wireless communication via the communication network.   
     
     
         35 . A data storage system comprising:
 the digital camera for the data playback system according to  claim 23 ;   a server that stores data based on identification information added to the data; and   an upload terminal that communicates the digital camera, receives data transmitted from the digital camera, and uploads the received data to the server, a data playback terminal that comprises a sound output,   a processor;   wherein the processor   reads recording information,   accesses the server based on access information obtained by reading the recording information printed on the medium by the recording information reading unit, and downloads sound data associated with an image printed on the medium from the server, and   play the downloaded sound data.
