Abstract

Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for aggregation level (AL) design for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmissions. New aggregation levels may be used in an effort to improve the reliability for PDCCH transmissions.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) message at an aggregation level (AL), wherein the AL comprises a union of control channel elements (CCEs) in one or more search spaces within a control resource set (CORESET); and decoding the PDCCH message at the AL.
