Abstract
Access-denial device (D) comprising at least one block with an access-denial function ( 1 ), preferably two access-denial blocks ( 1 A, 1 B), and a longitudinal element ( 2 ) which is intended, in the use position of the device, to connect the at least one access-denial block to another access-denial block or another attachment structure, and which is arranged at a distance to block a passage, the at least one access-denial block ( 1 ) comprising receiving means for mounting the longitudinal element ( 2 ) relative to the block, characterized in that the longitudinal element ( 2 ) forms a rigid access-denial element and in that the device comprises locking means ( 4 ) for locking the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) in position.

An access-denial device (D) comprising at least one block with an access-denial function ( 1 ), preferably two access-denial blocks ( 1 A, 1 B), and a longitudinal element ( 2 ) which is intended, in the position of use of the device, to connect the at least one access-denial block to another access-denial block or another attachment structure arranged at a distance to block a passage, the at least one access-denial block ( 1 ) comprising receiving means ( 15 , 3 ) for mounting the longitudinal element ( 2 ) relative to the block, characterized in that the longitudinal element ( 2 ) forms a rigid access-denial element and in that the device comprises locking means ( 4 ), which interact with said longitudinal element and said block, for locking the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) in position.
2 . The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the locking means ( 4 ) are capable of interacting transversely to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal element ( 2 ) in the installed position of said longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ).

The access-denial device according to either claim 1 , characterized in that the receiving means form an inner cavity ( 15 ) in said at least one access-denial block, or a support system ( 3 ) housed in an inner cavity ( 15 ) of said at least one block, or alternatively a support system ( 3 ) attached to a vertical face ( 13 ) of said at least one access-denial block ( 1 ).

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least a first access-denial block ( 1 A) and, at a distance, another access-denial block ( 1 B) or another attachment structure, and at least one longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ), in particular a single longitudinal access-denial element which extends from the first access-denial block ( 1 A) to the other access-denial block ( 1 B) or the other attachment structure.

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the receiving means comprise a support system ( 3 ) which forms a system for moving the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) relative to said at least one access-denial block ( 1 ), the support system ( 3 ) in particular comprising drive and guide rollers ( 32 , 33 ) between which the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) is capable of moving in translation.

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) forms at least one rigid, preferably metal, profile which is intended to be installed at ground level, in particular the longitudinal access-denial element forms a beam, in particular a beam having a portion in a general I-shape.

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) forms a barrier extending in a plane parallel to the height of the access-denial block while being at a distance from the ground, the receiving means ( 3 ) forming a support and mobility system of the barrier and being attached to an outer wall ( 13 ) of the at least one access-denial block.

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) comprises at least one through-hole ( 25 ) which is provided to be passed through transversely to the longitudinal axis of said longitudinal access-denial element by the locking means ( 4 ).

Access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) comprises a handle ( 2 ) which is integral with one of its free ends, preferably the handle is integral with a plate partially closing off a lateral opening ( 17 ) present in the access-denial block and through which said longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) is engaged.

Access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the access-denial block comprises at least one hole ( 19 , 19 ′) on one of its vertical faces in the position of use of the block, and preferably also at least one other hole facing it on the opposite face, the locking means being capable of being introduced into the body of the block from said at least one hole, preferably coming out through the other opposite hole when this said other opposite hole is present.

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that said at least one access-denial block ( 1 ) comprises, on at least one of its faces, at least one hole ( 19 , 19 ′) opening toward an inner cavity ( 15 ), the locking means ( 4 ), which preferably comprise a part in the form of a pin, being intended to interact with the hole ( 19 , 19 ′) of the block, referred to as the introduction hole, and with the inner cavity ( 15 ), as well as with the longitudinal access-denial element ( 2 ) in the mounted position of said longitudinal element, the access-denial block ( 1 ) optionally comprising at least one other hole arranged facing the inner cavity and on one face of the block opposite the introduction hole.

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the locking means ( 4 ) comprise a locking part such as a pin, and a locking mechanism interacting with said locking part in order to prevent removal of the part for safety, said mechanism being able to be inside or outside the block.
13 . The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that said at least one access-denial block ( 1 ) is made of concrete, or concrete-based, in particular comprises a metal shell and a concrete inner body.

The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the body of said at least one access-denial block ( 1 ) has edges which are beveled, in particular the body having a general parallelepipedal shape and at least its so-called vertical edges in the installed position of the block and those of the upper face and optionally the edges of any surface recess, being beveled.
15 . The access-denial device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the body of said at least one access-denial block ( 1 ) comprises at least two opposite so-called lower and upper faces, and a peripheral so called lateral wall connecting the two opposite faces, the outer surface of the lateral wall comprising, over the whole of its periphery, a groove ( 14 ) forming a recess from the outer surface toward the inside of the body, the groove preferably being arranged in the middle part of the block and extending in height, in particular by approximately a third of the height of the block.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
