Abstract
A ferritic stainless steel sheet comprises a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.030% or less, Si: 1.0% or less, Mn: 1.0% or less, P: 0.040% or less, S: 0.010% or less, Cr: 11.0% to 30.0%, Al: 8.0% to 20.0%, Ni: 0.05% to 0.50%, Mo: 0.01% to 6.0%, N: 0.020% or less, and at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr: 0.01% to 0.20% and Hf: 0.01% to 0.20%, with a balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.

a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.030% or less, Si: 1.0% or less, Mn: 1.0% or less, P: 0.040% or less, S: 0.010% or less, Cr: 11.0% to 30.0%, Al: 8.0% to 20.0%, Ni: 0.05% to 0.50%, Mo: 0.01% to 6.0%, N: 0.020% or less, and at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr: 0.01% to 0.20% and Hf: 0.01% to 0.20%, with a balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities; and a thickness of 100 μm or less.
2 . The ferritic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of
REM: 0.01% to 0.20%, Cu: 0.01% to 0.10%, Ti: 0.01% to 0.50%, Nb: 0.01% to 0.50%, V: 0.01% to 0.50%, W: 0.01% to 6.0%, B: 0.0001% to 0.0050%, Ca: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, and Mg: 0.0002% to 0.0100%.
3 . An Al vapor deposited layer-equipped stainless steel sheet comprising:
a base steel sheet; and an Al vapor deposited layer on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein the base steel sheet is a ferritic stainless steel sheet having a thickness of 100 μm or less and a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.030% or less, Si: 1.0% or less, Mn: 1.0% or less, P: 0.040% or less, S: 0.010% or less, Cr: 11.0% to 30.0%, Al: 4.0% to 6.5%, Ni: 0.05% to 0.50%, Mo: 0.01% to 6.0%, N: 0.020% or less, and at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr: 0.01% to 0.20% and Hf: 0.01% to 0.20%, with a balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, and a thickness of the Al vapor deposited layer per one side is 0.5 μm to 10.0 μm.
4 . The Al vapor deposited layer-equipped stainless steel sheet according to claim 3 , wherein the chemical composition of the base steel sheet further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of
REM: 0.01% to 0.20%, Cu: 0.01% to 0.10%, Ti: 0.01% to 0.50%, Nb: 0.01% to 0.50%, V: 0.01% to 0.50%, W: 0.01% to 6.0%, B: 0.0001% to 0.0050%, Ca: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, and Mg: 0.0002% to 0.0100%.
5 . A method of producing a ferritic stainless steel sheet having a thickness of 100 μm or less and a chemical composition containing, in mass %
C: 0.030% or less,
Si: 1.0% or less,
Mn: 1.0% or less,
P: 0.040% or less,
S: 0.010% or less,
Cr: 11.0% to 30.0%,
Al: 8.0% to 20.0%,
Ni: 0.05% to 0.50%,
Mo: 0.01% to 6.0%,
N: 0.020% or less, and
at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr: 0.01% to 0.20% and Hf: 0.01% to 0.20%,
with a balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, the method comprising
subjecting the Al vapor deposited layer-equipped stainless steel sheet according to claim 3 to a heat treatment of holding in a temperature range of 600° C. to 1300° C. for 1 minute or more.
6 . A method of producing a ferritic stainless steel sheet having a thickness of 100 μm or less and a chemical composition containing, in mass %,
C: 0.030% or less,
Si: 1.0% or less,
Mn: 1.0% or less,
P: 0.040% or less,
S: 0.010% or less,
Cr: 11.0% to 30.0%,
Al: 8.0% to 20.0%,
Ni: 0.05% to 0.50%,
Mo: 0.01% to 6.0%,
N: 0.020% or less, and
at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr: 0.01% to 0.20% and Hf: 0.01% to 0.20%, and
one or more selected from the group consisting of
REM: 0.01% to 0.20%,
Cu: 0.01% to 0.10%,
Ti: 0.01% to 0.50%,
Nb: 0.01% to 0.50%,
V: 0.01% to 0.50%,
W: 0.01% to 6.0%,
B: 0.0001% to 0.0050%,
Ca: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, and
Mg: 0.0002% to 0.0100%,
with a balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, the method comprising
