Shoe accoutrements and methods of making and using the same

Abstract

The disclosure is directed to shoe accoutrements and methods of making and using the same. A shoe accoutrement assembly for attaching to a shoe may be provided, the shoe attachment assembly comprising: (a) a spine positioned adjacent a back surface of the shoe, the spine extending vertically along the back surface of the shoe; (b) at least one securement device attached onto the spine, the at least one securement device for securing the shoe accoutrement assembly to the shoe; and (c) at least one accoutrement that includes a mount portion and an embellishment, and the mount portion attached onto the spine, and the embellishment being a decoration of the accoutrement.

         21 . A shoe in combination with a shoe accoutrement assembly, the combination comprising:
 the shoe configured to receive a foot of a wearer of the shoe, the shoe including:
 a back; and 
 a rail, and the rail mounted on the back of the shoe; 
   the shoe accoutrement assembly including:
 a slider; and 
 an accoutrement that includes an embellishment, and the accoutrement attached onto the slider; and 
   the slider removably received into the rail such that the wearer can switch the shoe accoutrement assembly with another shoe accoutrement assembly.   
     
     
         22 . The shoe with shoe accoutrement assembly of  claim 21 , the rail extending along the back of the shoe. 
     
     
         23 . The shoe with shoe accoutrement assembly of  claim 21 , the slider including:
 a slider base, and the slider base received into the rail.   
     
     
         24 . The shoe with shoe accoutrement assembly of  claim 21 , the shoe accoutrement assembly including an accoutrement attachment, and the accoutrement attachment serving to attach the accoutrement onto the slider. 
     
     
         25 . The shoe with shoe accoutrement assembly of  claim 21 , the rail including rail sides on opposing left and right sides of the shoe, and the rail sides containing the slider such that the slider is removably received into the rail. 
     
     
         26 . The shoe with shoe accoutrement assembly of  claim 25 , the rail sides extending along a length of the slider.
