Gas purifying apparatus, gas purifying method and conveying heating apparatus

Abstract

A gas purifying apparatus has: a compressing unit for compressing a gas in which an atmosphere or inert gas and a substance vaporized by heating have been mixed; and an expanding unit for liquefying the substance by expanding the gas compressed by the compressing unit, wherein the gas in which the substance has been reduced is obtained

1 . A gas purifying apparatus comprising:
 a compressing unit configured to compress a gas in which an atmosphere or inert gas and a substance vaporized by heating have been mixed; and   an expanding unit configured to liquefy the substance by expanding the gas compressed by the compressing unit,   wherein the gas in which the substance has been reduced is obtained.   
     
     
         2 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein when the gas compressed by the compressing unit is expanded, it is constructed so that a penetration and an emission of heat hardly occur. 
     
     
         3 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the compression of the gas and the expansion of the compressed gas are repeatedly executed. 
     
     
         4 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the compressed gas is expanded and the liquefied substance is collected. 
     
     
         5 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein a construction for compressing the gas and expanding the compressed gas is cooled by a cooling unit. 
     
     
         6 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a supply opening for blowing out the gas by an air blower; and   a path forming unit into which the gas blown out of the supply opening flows, and   wherein the path forming unit has a compressing unit for compressing the gas and an expanding unit which is continuous to the compressing unit.   
     
     
         7 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein the path forming unit is constructed in such a manner that the expanding unit whose cross sectional area is larger than that of the compressing unit is continuous to the compressing unit. 
     
     
         8 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein:
 the supply opening is provided for outer peripheral side surfaces of blades of a centrifugal fan; and   the path forming unit has a path which is concentric or spiral with respect to the outer peripheral side surface.   
     
     
         9 . A gas purifying apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein a volume of a space in a cylinder is changed by a vertical motion of a piston, thereby compressing the gas and expanding the compressed gas. 
     
     
         10 . A gas purifying method comprising the steps of:
 compressing a gas in which an atmosphere or inert gas and a substance vaporized by heating have been mixed; and   liquefying the substance by expanding the compressed gas,   wherein the gas in which the substance has been reduced is obtained.
