Abstract

The subject of the invention is a magnetically closing zipper device, without slider, which is equipped with two chain rows including chain links, the material of the links is magnetic metal, the link comes into contact with the link in the same chain row and adjacent to it in such a way, that by magnetic attraction, the north pole is connected to the south pole and the south pole is connected to the north pole, the zipper structure is connected to the target material directly or by a ribbon, the links are connected to each other with a curved surface.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A magnetically closing zipper device, without slider, the magnetically closing zipper device comprising:
two chains including chain links, wherein:
the material of the links is magnetic metal,
one link comes into contact with another link in the same chain and adjacent to it in such a way, that by magnetic attraction, a north pole is connected to a south pole and the south pole is connected to the north pole,
the magnetically closing zipper device is adapted to be connected to a target material directly or by a ribbon
the links are connected to each other with a curved surface,
the material of the ribbon is textile, metal or plastic, and
the ribbon is adapted to be connected to the target material by sewing or gluing.

2 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
the shape of the links is a sphere, the material of the links is neodymium or a neodymium alloy, and the link has a width or a diameter of 2 to 12 mm.

3 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
the chain link is notched to 30-40% of the width of the link, and the ribbon or the target material is inserted into the notch.

         4 . (canceled)

5 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the link is coated with rust- and weatherproof plastic, precious metal or Ni—Cn—Ni.

6 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein orientations of the north poles of the links are different in the two chains.

7 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 2 , claim 1 , wherein orientations of the north poles of the links are the same in the two chains.

8 . The magnetically dosing zipper device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the link is coated with rust- and weatherproof plastic, precious metal or Ni—Cn—Ni.

9 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein orientations of the north poles of the links are different in the two chains.

10 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein orientations of the north poles of the links are the same in the two chains.

11 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim wherein the link is coated with rust- and weatherproof plastic, precious metal or Ni—Cn—Ni.

12 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein orientations of the north poles of the links are different in the two chains.

13 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein orientations of the north poles of the links are the same in the two chains.

14 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein:
the magnetic properties of the chains are in the opposite direction, and in one of the chains the north poles are directed upwards, whereas in another one of the chains, the south poles are directed upwards.

15 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
the magnetic properties of the chains are in the opposite direction, and in one of the chains the north poles are directed upwards, whereas in another one of the chains, the south poles are directed upwards.

16 . The magnetically closing zipper device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein:
the chain link is notched to 30-40% of the width of the link, and the ribbon or the target material is inserted into the notch.
