Abstract

Provided in an embodiment of the invention are a method for transmitting data, a receiving-end device, and a transmitting-end device. The method comprises: a receiving-end device receiving, on a time unit, a first part and at least one second part of data, wherein first modulation and coding processing is performed on the first part, and second modulation and coding processing is performed on the at least one second part; and the receiving-end device performing demodulation on the first part and the at least one second part. The method for transmitting data, the receiving-end device, and the transmitting-end device provided in the embodiment of the invention achieve a higher frequency spectrum efficiency, thereby realizing fast demodulation.

1 . A method for data transmission, comprising:
 receiving, by a receiver device, a transport block (TB), the TB comprising multiple code block parts,   wherein each of the multiple code block parts comprises at least one code block coded independently, and the multiple code block parts are acquired based on transport block size (TBS) of the TB.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the TB occupies N time-domain symbols, a first code block part of the multiple code block parts occupies first L time-domain symbols of the N time-domain symbols, and a second code block part of the multiple code block parts occupies last K time-domain symbols of the N time-domain symbols, N being a positive integer greater than 1, L being a positive integer not greater than N and K being a positive integer not greater than N. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein L is greater than K. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein each of the multiple code block parts adopts a manner of a frequency domain at first and then a time domain. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the receiver device is a terminal device or a network device. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 sending, by the receiver device, capability information to a network device, the capability information being configured to indicate that the receiver device supports to send or receive a TB which is divided into the multiple code block parts; or   receiving, by the receiver device, capability information from a terminal device, the capability information being configured to indicate that the terminal device supports to send or receive a TB which is divided into the multiple code block parts.   
     
     
         7 . A method for data transmission, comprising:
 sending, by a sender device, a transport block (TB), the TB comprising multiple code block parts,   wherein each of the multiple code block parts comprises at least one code block coded independently, and the multiple code block parts are acquired based on transport block size (TBS) of the TB.   
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 7 , wherein the TB occupies N time-domain symbols, a first code block part of the multiple code block parts occupies first L time-domain symbols of the N time-domain symbols, and a second code block part of the multiple code block parts occupies last K time-domain symbols of the N time-domain symbols, N being a positive integer greater than 1, L being a positive integer not greater than N and K being a positive integer not greater than N. 
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 8 , wherein L is greater than K. 
     
     
         10 . The method of  claim 8 , wherein each of the multiple code block parts adopts a manner of a frequency domain at first and then a time domain. 
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 7 , wherein the sender device is a network device or a terminal device. 
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising:
 sending, by the sender device, capability information to a network device, the capability information being configured to indicate that the sender device supports to send or receive a TB which is divided into the multiple code block parts; or   receiving, by the sender device, capability information from a terminal device, the capability information being configured to indicate that the terminal device supports to send or receive a TB which is divided into the multiple code block parts.   
     
     
         13 . A device for data transmission, comprising:
 a transceiver configured to send or receive a transport block (TB), the TB comprising multiple code block parts,   wherein each of the multiple code block parts comprises at least one code block coded independently, and the multiple code block parts are acquired based on transport block size (TBS) of the TB.   
     
     
         14 . The device of  claim 13 , wherein the TB occupies N time-domain symbols, a first code block part of the multiple code block parts occupies first L time-domain symbols of the N time-domain symbols, and a second code block part of the multiple code block parts occupies last K time-domain symbols of the N time-domain symbols, N being a positive integer greater than 1, L being a positive integer not greater than N and K being a positive integer not greater than N. 
     
     
         15 . The device of  claim 14 , wherein L is greater than K. 
     
     
         16 . The device of  claim 14 , wherein each of the multiple code block parts adopts a manner of a frequency domain at first and then a time domain. 
     
     
         17 . The device of  claim 13 , wherein the device is a terminal device or a network device. 
     
     
         18 . The device of  claim 13 , wherein the transceiver is configured to:
 receive capability information from a terminal device, the capability information being configured to indicate that the terminal device supports to send or receive a TB which is divided into the multiple code block parts; or   send capability information to a network device, the capability information being configured to indicate that the device supports to send or receive a TB which is divided into the multiple code block parts.
