Abstract
A wedge-shaped pushing device for bridge and construction method thereof includes a base, a lifter and a pushing mechanism. The top of the base has a platform with a wedge-shaped block; the wedge-shaped block has a top side formed into an upper slope; the top of the lifter has a pad; the pushing mechanism has an upper wedge-shaped seat, hydraulic cylinders and a support seat; the upper wedge-shaped seat has top with a cushion and a bottom formed into a lower slope; the hydraulic cylinder has a piston rod; the support seat has a top fixed and combined with the hydraulic cylinder by a pivot. By the wedge-shaped pushing device, the box girder can be displaced and pushed to achieve the effects of lowering the construction cost, facilitating the installation, and improving the stability and safety of the displacement and pushing of the box girder.

A wedge-shaped pushing device for bridge, comprising: a base, a lifter and a pushing mechanism, wherein the base has a platform disposed at a top side thereof, and the platform has a wedge-shaped block disposed on a side of the platform, and the top side forms an upper slope, and the bottom side is substantially in in horizontal shape and attached closely with the platform; the lifter has a pad disposed at the top end thereof; the pushing mechanism is installed on the other side of the platform and has an upper wedge-shaped seat, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders and a support seat, and the top side of the upper wedge-shaped seat has a cushion, and the bottom side of the upper wedge-shaped seat forms a lower slope, and the angle of the lower slope is matched with the angle of the upper slope; the hydraulic cylinder has a piston rod with an end coupled to the upper wedge-shaped seat; and an upper end of the support seat is fixed and combined with the hydraulic cylinder by a pivot, and the bottom of the support seat is attached closely with the platform.
2 . The wedge-shaped pushing device for bridge according to claim 1 , wherein the base, the wedge block, the pad and the support seat are made of a cement concrete material.
3 . The wedge-shaped pushing device for bridge according to claim 1 , wherein the base, the wedge block, the pad and the support seat are made of a metal material.
4 . The wedge-shaped pushing device for bridge according to claim 1 , wherein the cushion is made of a rubber material.
5 . A wedge pushing construction method for bridge, comprising the steps of:
(a) setting a wedge-shaped pushing device under a box girder; (b) adjusting a lifter to ascend and prop up the box girder; (c) pushing the upper wedge-shaped seat onto the wedge-shaped block by a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder, such that a lower slope and an upper slope are attached with each other, and a pad and a cushion are substantially leveled to support the box girder; and (d) adjusting the lifter to descend, supporting the box girder by a cushion, pressing and controlling the hydraulic cylinder by the weight of the box girder to support the upper wedge-shaped seat, and sliding down the upper wedge-shaped seat along the upper slope in order to displace and push the box girder.
6 . The wedge-shaped pushing construction method for bridge according to claim 5 , wherein the wedge block and the pad are made of a cement concrete material.
7 . The wedge-shaped pushing construction method for bridge according to claim 5 , wherein the wedge block and the pad are made of a metal material.
