Abstract

The disclosure relates to a display substrate, a preparation method of the display substrate and a display device. A contact angle of a material, for defining long sides of pixel regions, of a pixel defining layer is larger than a contact angle of a material, for defining short sides of the pixel regions, of the pixel defining layer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An Organic Light-Emitting Diode, OLED, display substrate, comprising a base substrate and a pixel defining layer disposed on the base substrate, pixel regions defined by the pixel defining layer have long sides and short sides; wherein
 the pixel defining layer is configured to accommodate printing ink located in the pixel regions, and the printing ink emits light for display;   the pixel defining layer comprises: first pixel defining portions extending along the long sides of the pixel regions; second pixel defining portions extending along the short sides of the pixel regions; and   a contact angle between the first pixel defining portions and the printing ink is larger than a contact angle between the second pixel defining portions and the printing ink.   
     
     
         2 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 , wherein a distance between a surface of the first pixel defining portion facing the base substrate and the base substrate is approximately equal to a distance between a surface of the second pixel defining portion facing the base substrate and the base substrate. 
     
     
         3 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 , wherein the first pixel defining portions and the second pixel defining portions for defining a same pixel region enclose a closed rectangular pixel region. 
     
     
         4 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 3 , wherein the first pixel defining portions and the second pixel defining portions of the same pixel region have an overlapping area in an extending direction of the long sides of the pixel regions. 
     
     
         5 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 3 , wherein the first pixel defining portions and the second pixel defining portions of the same pixel region have an overlapping area in an extending direction of the short sides of the pixel regions. 
     
     
         6 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 4 , wherein length of the first pixel defining portions is greater than twice length of the second pixel defining portions. 
     
     
         7 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 5 , wherein length of the first pixel defining portions is greater than length of the second pixel defining portions; and length of the first pixel defining portions is less than twice length of the second pixel defining portions. 
     
     
         8 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 , wherein the contact angle between the first pixel defining portions and the printing ink is 40°-55°; and
 the contact angle between the second pixel defining portions and the printing ink is 45°-60°. 
 
     
     
         9 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 , wherein a material of the pixel defining layer is a fluorine-containing resin or a material containing hydrophobic nanoparticles. 
     
     
         10 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 9 , wherein the fluorine-containing resin is fluorine-containing polyimide or fluorine-containing polymethyl methacrylate; and
 the hydrophobic nanoparticles are modified SiO2 particles.   
     
     
         11 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 , wherein a material of the first pixel defining portions and a material of the second pixel defining portions have same composition, and a proportion of hydrophobic components in the first pixel defining portions is different from and a proportion of hydrophobic components in the second pixel defining portions. 
     
     
         12 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 , wherein a proportion of fluorine in the first pixel defining portions is greater than a proportion of fluorine in the second pixel defining portions. 
     
     
         13 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 , wherein a material of the pixel defining layer is a mixture of a polyimide material and a polyvinylidene fluoride material;
 a content of the polyvinylidene fluoride material in the mixture in the first pixel defining portions is 15-25%, and   the content of the polyvinylidene fluoride material in the mixture in the second pixel defining portions is 10-20%.   
     
     
         14 . An OLED display device, comprising the OLED display substrate according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         15 . The OLED display device according to  claim 14 , wherein a distance between a surface of the first pixel defining portion facing the base substrate and the base substrate is approximately equal to a distance between a surface of the second pixel defining portion facing the base substrate and the base substrate. 
     
     
         16 . The OLED display device according to  claim 14 , wherein the first pixel defining portions and the second pixel defining portions for defining a same pixel region enclose a closed rectangular pixel region. 
     
     
         17 . The OLED display device according to  claim 16 , wherein the first pixel defining portions and the second pixel defining portions of the same pixel region have an overlapping area in an extending direction of the long sides of the pixel regions. 
     
     
         18 . The OLED display device according to  claim 16 , wherein the first pixel defining portions and the second pixel defining portions of the same pixel region have an overlapping area in an extending direction of the short sides of the pixel regions. 
     
     
         19 . The OLED display device according to  claim 17 , wherein length of the first pixel defining portions is greater than twice length of the second pixel defining portions. 
     
     
         20 . The OLED display substrate according to  claim 18 , wherein length of the first pixel defining portions is greater than length of the second pixel defining portions; and length of the first pixel defining portions is less than twice length of the second pixel defining portions.
