Abstract
Provided is an antibody effective in treating tumors and the like. The antibody recognizes an epitope that contains an N-glycosylation site of human CD98hc and that is exposed by inhibiting N-linked glycosylation.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A monoclonal anti-CD98hc antibody comprising
a heavy chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, and a light chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, wherein the heavy chain variable region comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, and the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; and wherein the light chain variable region comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6, the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7, and the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8.
2 . The antibody according to claim 1 , comprising
a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, and a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9.
3 . The antibody according to claim 1 , which is an Fv, scFv, diabody, triabody, or tetrabody.
4 . The antibody according to claim 1 , which is a chimeric antibody or a humanized antibody.
5 . The antibody according to claim 1 , which is an Fab, F(ab)′, minibody, or scFv-Fc.
6 . The antibody according to claim 1 , having a substance having cytotoxic activity, an enzyme, a tag, or an immunomodulator bound thereto.
7 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody according to claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
