Abstract

A multi functional exercise apparatus used for resistance training. An electric digital scale platform will be applied for the user to exercise with resistance bands and determine the resistance in units of pounds or kilograms.

1 . A multi function exercise fitness apparatus comprising of a electric digital scale, platform, and 4 rolling bars. 
     
     
         2 . An apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein said electric digital scale is attached to top of platform. 
     
     
         3 . An apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein said method of attached electric digital scale does not prevent said scale of proper function. 
     
     
         4 . An apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein said electric digital scale transmits and receives wireless data. 
     
     
         5 . An apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein said platform has four corner blocks attached to a common top with said rolling bar connected in between each said corner block.
