Schedule managing method and schedule managing apparatus
Abstract
A schedule managing method includes: a number-of-worker inputting step of inputting the number of workers who perform arrangement work of arranging the members to arrangement means, in association with a production time point for producing products; a preparation time point changing step of changing a start time point or an end time point of the arrangement work in a preparation work schedule based on a work quantity of the arrangement work and the number of workers; a production time point changing step of changing a start time point or an end time point of production of the products in a production schedule based on a start time point or an end time point of the changed arrangement work; and a displaying step of displaying the production schedule, the preparation work schedule, and the number of workers along the production time point.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A component mounting system with a production area for producing a plurality of models of products on a production line and a preparation area for arranging members corresponding to the plurality of models on a carriage provided carrier tape which is attached to the production line, the system comprising:
a managing computer connected to an arrangement work supporting device via a communication network, the arrangement work supporting device transmitting information via a communication network to the managing computer regarding a connected carriage, the managing computer including:
a display that displays, on a single screen, a first region displaying a production schedule, a second region displaying a preparation work schedule, and a third region displaying a number of workers, each of the first region, the second region, and the third region being displayed along a common production time point;
an input device used to input and change a number of workers displayed in the third region, the third region displaying the number of workers scheduled to perform an arrangement work of arranging members to a carriage provided carrier tape in association with the production time point; and a processor comprising:
a preparation time point changer that, in response to a change to a number of workers input via the input device, changes a start time point or an end time point of the arrangement work in the preparation work schedule displayed in the second region based on: information acquired from the arrangement work supporting device, a work quantity of the arrangement work, and the number of workers input via the input device; and
a production time point changer that, in response to a change in the preparation work schedule, changes a start time point or an end time point of the production of the products in the production schedule displayed in the first region based on the changed start time point or an end time point of the changed arrangement work by the preparation time point changer,
wherein the managing computer manages a plurality of component mounting lines via the communication network, the arrangement work is performed on a carriage connected to the arrangement work supporting device according to the updated preparation work schedule, and the component mounting lines are managed to produce a plurality of mounting boards according to the updated production schedule.
2 . The component mounting system of claim 1 , wherein the arrangement work includes at least one of work of detaching a member from the carriage provided carrier tape, work of attaching a member to the carriage provided carrier tape, and work of checking a member attached to the carriage provided carrier tape.
3 . The component mounting system of claim 1 , the managing computer further comprising a production schedule storage that stores production schedule information.
4 . The component mounting system of claim 1 , the managing computer further comprising a preparation work schedule storage that stores preparation work schedule information and carriage information.
5 . The component mounting system of claim 4 , wherein the preparation work schedule storage further stores carriage information and unit work quantity information.
6 . The component mounting system of claim 1 , the managing computer further comprising a worker information storage that stores labor schedule information.
7 . The component mounting system of claim 1 , wherein the preparation work schedule and the production schedule are updated when an increase or decrease in the number of workers is made via the input device.
8 . The component mounting system of claim 1 , wherein the input device is at least one of a keyboard, a touch panel, or a mouse.
9 . A method for controlling a component mounting line, comprising:
displaying, on a single screen and along a common production time point, a first region displaying a production schedule, a second region displaying a preparation work schedule, and a third region displaying a number of workers; changing the number of workers displayed in the third region via an input device; updating the preparation work schedule displayed in the second region by changing a start time point or an end time point of an arrangement work based on the changed number of workers; updating the production schedule displayed in the first region by changing a start time point or an end time point of a production of a mounting board based on the changed start time point or end time point of the arrangement work; managing the arrangement work according to the updated preparation work schedule; and controlling the component mounting line to produce a plurality of mounting boards according to the updated production schedule.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the first region displays a production time of the plurality of mounting boards for each of a plurality of mounting lines.
11 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the second region indicates whether a carriage is attached to a component mounting line and a status of the carriage at a time point.
12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the second region displays a plurality of arrangement works and indicates whether each arrangement work is a detachment work or an attachment work.
13 . The method of claim 9 , wherein changing the number of workers displayed in the third region includes one of decreasing a number of workers who perform the arrangement work at a time point or increasing a number of workers who perform the arrangement work at a time point.
14 . A method for displaying a schedule for a component mounting line comprising:
receiving information regarding at least one arrangement work supporting device via a communication network; displaying a production schedule for at least one component mounting line along a production time point; displaying a preparation work schedule for the at least one arrangement work supporting device based on the received information along the production time point; displaying a number of workers along the production time point; changing the number of workers by increasing or decreasing by at least one worker at a time point in the number of workers display; updating the preparation work schedule based on the changed number of workers; and updating the production schedule based on the updated preparation work schedule.
15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein production of mounting boards in the component mounting line is controlled by a management computer according to the updated production schedule.
16 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the preparation work schedule displays whether the at least one attachment work is one of a detachment work or an attachment work.
17 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the displayed production schedule displays a production time for each of a plurality of component mounting lines.
18 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the displayed preparation work schedule identifies a plurality of carriage groups and a status of each.
19 . The method of claim 14 , wherein when a number of workers is changed, a start time point or an end time point of the at least one arrangement work is changed based on a work quantity of the at least one arrangement work and the changed number of workers.
20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein a start time point or end time point of production of at least one mounting board is changed based on the changed start time point or end time point of the at least one arrangement work.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
