Non-fungible token (nft)

Abstract

An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a sensor coupled to a processor; and a transceiver coupled to the processor. Blockchain smart contracts can be used with the device to facilitate secure operation.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A device to access a digital asset with a blockchain address on a blockchain, comprising:
 a processor;   a transceiver coupled to the processor to access the blockchain address; and   a sensor coupled to the transceiver to authenticate a user, wherein selected user events are placed on the blockchain, wherein the processor accesses the digital asset upon authentication based on the blockchain address to store digital asset events on the blockchain, wherein the processor uses the blockchain to record authenticity of the digital asset or manage property right for the digital asset.   
     
     
         2 . The device of  claim 1 , comprising a digital key or smart key to facilitate access to the digital asset. 
     
     
         3 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the blockchain stores and exchanges digital keys to access the digital assets. 
     
     
         4 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the processor uses the blockchain to manage resale or rental of the digital asset using the blockchain. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the processor duplicates the digital asset and contract upon authentication. 
     
     
         6 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the transceiver comprises a cellular transceiver. 
     
     
         7 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the digital asset contract, access right, and ownership right are stored on the blockchain. 
     
     
         8 . The device of  claim 1 , comprising code that monitors user behavioral data over a period of time. 
     
     
         9 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the digital asset comprises an intellectual property asset, an art asset, a music asset, a unique asset, a collectible item, a game item, or a sport item. 
     
     
         10 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the digital asset comprises a patent, a trademark, a trade secret, or a copyright asset. 
     
     
         11 . The device of  claim 1 , comprising a vehicular sensor gathering vehicle data during operation and during parking or at rest. 
     
     
         12 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein user behavior is provided as feedback to reduce an expense or a charge. 
     
     
         13 . The device of  claim 1 , comprising a computer code to contract, purchase, rent, lease, finance, or lend with the digital asset using the blockchain. 
     
     
         14 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the digital asset comprises a description of a real property, wherein the processor verifies a purchase contract, a mortgage contract or a rental contract for the real property using the blockchain. 
     
     
         15 . A method to access a digital asset with a blockchain address on a blockchain, comprising:
 accessing the blockchain using a processor; and   authenticating a user with a sensor and placing selected user events on the blockchain;   accessing the digital asset upon authentication based on the blockchain address to store digital asset events on the blockchain; and   using the blockchain to record authenticity or to manage property right of one or more copies of the digital asset.   
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 15 , comprising executing computer code to contract, purchase, rent, lease, finance, or lend with the digital asset using the blockchain. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 15 , comprising storing the digital asset contract, access right, and ownership right on the blockchain. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 15 , comprising monitoring user behavioral data over a period of time to provide a suggestion with a reward for following the suggestion. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 15 , wherein the digital asset comprises an intellectual property item, an intangible item, a collectible item, a game item, or a sport item. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 15 , comprising accessing the blockchain address of the digital asset to record a license, sale, resale, rental, or copy of the digital asset using the blockchain.
