TamaJama Hospital Pajama Gown

Abstract

The TamaJama Hospital pajama/gown is designed to fit around any medical device going into or alongside of the body, that needs to remain there for extended periods of time. The gown provides comfort, privacy, and ease for patients and provides convenience for doctors, nurses and family members to care for the patient.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A hospital gown for a patient comprising a front panel and a back panel, optionally detachable, wherein the gown fits over a PICC line, tube, wire, or any medical device. 
     
     
         2 . The hospital gown of  claim 1  wherein the gown is designed to allow the PICC line, tube, wire, or any medical device to fit alongside the body. 
     
     
         3 . The hospital gown of  claim 1  or  2  wherein the front panel and back panel attached to each other via a fastener. 
     
     
         4 . The hospital gown of any of  claims 1 - 3  wherein the fastener is a snap fastener, tie, button, clasp, magnet, Velcro, clip, hook, or loop fastener. 
     
     
         5 . The hospital gown of  claim 1  wherein the gown is substantially similar to  FIG. 1 . 
     
     
         6 . The hospital gown of  claim 1  wherein the gown is substantially similar to  FIG. 2 .
