. (canceled)

. A protein selected from the group consisting of: a protein comprising at least 93% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3, a protein comprising at least 94% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 4, a protein, comprising at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 5 and a protein, or of a nucleic acid sequence encoding a protein, comprising at least 82% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 6.

. An antibody raised against a protein or protein part selected from the group consisting of: a protein comprising at least 93% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3, a protein comprising at least 94% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 4, a protein, comprising at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 5 and a protein, or of a nucleic acid sequence encoding a protein, comprising at least 82% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 6.

. The sterilized solution of claim 5 , wherein the virus causes systemic symptoms on Solanum lycopersicum plants homozygous for Tm2 2 .

. The sterilized solution of claim 5 , wherein the virus causes systemic symptoms on Solanum lycopersicum plants homozygous for Tm1, Tm2, and Tm2 2 .

. The sterilized solution of claim 5 , wherein the tobamovirus genome comprises at least 97% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 1.

. The sterilized solution of claim 5 , wherein the tobamovirus genome comprises at least 99% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 1.

. The sterilized solution of claim 5 , wherein the tobamovirus genome comprises SEQ ID NO: 1.

. The sterilized solution of claim 5 , wherein the sterilized solution comprises a buffer.
