Abstract

A circuit pattern is quickly created or changed by exposing the circuit pattern on a board without using a photo mask on which the circuit pattern is formed. There is provided a circuit pattern manufacturing apparatus including a forming unit that forms a circuit pattern by irradiating, with a light beam, a circuit pattern forming sheet including an insulating sheet base material layer and a mixture layer made of a mixture containing a conductive material and a photo-curing resin. The forming unit includes, as an optical engine, a housing, a laser diode, a prism mirror, an inclined mirror, a bottom mirror, and a driving mirror.

         11 . A circuit pattern manufacturing apparatus comprising:
 a stage holding a sheet having a mixture including a conductive material and a photo-curing resin or a board applied with the mixture, and   an optical engine to irradiate the stage with a laser beam, the optical engine comprising a collimator lens configured to adjust a focal length of the laser beam to infinity, wherein
 the photo-curing resin is cured by irradiating said mixture with the laser beam, and 
 focus-free scanning irradiation of the laser beam emitted from said collimator lens is made without changing the focal length so that the optical engine forms a circuit pattern on the sheet or the board. 
   
     
     
         12 . The circuit pattern manufacturing apparatus according to claim  1 , wherein the optical engine further comprises:
 a housing,   one or more laser diodes, arranged on one side in the housing, to emit the laser beam, and   a driving mirror to reflect the laser beam by changing an angle in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction.   
     
     
         13 . The circuit pattern manufacturing apparatus according to claim  2 , wherein
 at least one of the one or more laser diodes is a first laser diode or a second laser diode to emit the laser beam, and   a prism mirror is arranged to reflect the laser beam from the first laser diode and to reflect the laser beam in accordance with an optical axis of the second laser diode.   
     
     
         14 . A circuit pattern manufacturing method using the circuit pattern manufacturing apparatus of claim  1 , the method comprising:
 forming a circuit pattern by irradiating said sheet having said mixture or said board applied with said mixture with a light beam.   
     
     
         15 . A computer-readable medium having executable instructions stored thereon that, when executed, cause one or more processors for the circuit pattern manufacturing apparatus of claim  1  to perform functions including:
 forming a circuit pattern by irradiating with a light beam a sheet having a mixture including a conductive material and a photo-curing resin or a board applied with the mixture.
