Claims

Abstract

An antibacterial textile is directed to a textile mainly formed by mixedly weaving a first yarn, a second yarn, and a copper yarn. The first yarn is exposed in an inside layer of the textile, and a material thereof has hydrophobicity and moisture permeability, to form a water-resistant surface. The second yarn and the copper yarn are exposed in an outside layer of the textile, and a material of the second yarn has moisture draining performance, to form an antibacterial and moisture draining surface. Therefore, when apparel made of the textile is worn, a water-resistant surface in contact with skin does not get wet after absorbing sweater under slight pressure. The sweat is absorbed by a moisture draining surface on the outside layer via the water-resistant surface, and the moisture is exhausted, so that the inside layer of the apparel still maintains dry and clean.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An antibacterial textile, mainly formed by mixedly weaving a first yarn, a second yarn, and a copper yarn, wherein the first yarn is exposed in an inside layer of the textile, and a material thereof has hydrophobicity and moisture permeability, to form a water-resistant surface, and the second yarn and the copper yarn are exposed in an outside layer of the textile, and a material of the second yarn has moisture draining performance, to form an antibacterial and moisture draining surface. 
     
     
         2 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein a coverage ratio of the first yarn to the inside layer of the textile is in a range of 85% to 95%. 
     
     
         3 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein a coverage ratio of the second yarn to the outside layer of the textile is in a range of 65% to 70%. 
     
     
         4 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein a coverage ratio of the copper yarn to the outside layer of the textile is in a range of 20% to 25%. 
     
     
         5 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein the material of the first yarn is one of a polyamide fiber, a polyester fiber, and a polypropylene polymer. 
     
     
         6 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein the material of the second yarn is one of a synthetic fiber and a natural fiber. 
     
     
         7 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein a copper ion content in the copper yarn is in a range of 5% to 10%. 
     
     
         8 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein the textile is soaked in a zinc oxide solution with a concentration in a range of 5% to 10%, to make the first yarn and the second yarn contain zinc oxide. 
     
     
         9 . The antibacterial textile according to  claim 1 , wherein the textile further comprises a bamboo charcoal fiber, and the bamboo charcoal fiber, the second yarn and the copper yarn are mixedly woven.
