Abstract
The present invention relates to a dumbbell device for training muscles on a person, wherein at least one gripping element is adapted and provided to be raised and/or lowered by the person, and further wherein at least one gripping element is mechanically fixedly, releasably or non-releasably, connected to the weight element and is grippable by the person for the purpose of raising and/or lowering, wherein at least one adjusting element displaces and thereby adjusts a center of gravity of the weight element relative to the gripping element by means of an adjusting weight.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A dumbbell device ( 100 ) for exercising muscles on a person, comprising
at least one weight element ( 1 ), which is arranged and intended to be lifted and/or lowered by the person, at least one gripping element ( 2 ) which is mechanically fixedly, releasably or non-releasably, connected to the weight element and which can be gripped by the person for the purpose of lifting and/or lowering,
characterized in that
at least one adjusting element ( 3 ) which is designed and intended for displacing and thus adjusting a center of gravity of the weight element ( 1 ) relative to the gripping element ( 2 ) by means of an adjusting weight ( 31 ).
2 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 1 ,
characterized in that the adjusting weight ( 31 ) is movable along a main extension direction (H 2 ) of the gripping element ( 2 ) or at an angle to this main extension direction (H 2 ) of the gripping element ( 2 ).
3 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 2 ,
characterized in that the adjusting weight ( 31 ) is guided on or within, i.e. in a cavity ( 11 ) of the gripping element ( 2 ), and/or a cavity ( 11 ) of the weight element ( 1 ).
4 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 1 ,
characterized in that the adjusting element ( 3 ) has a guide element ( 32 ) by means of which the adjusting weight ( 31 ) can be moved back and forth relative to the gripping element ( 2 ).
5 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 4 ,
characterized in that the guide element ( 32 ) is arranged on an outer surface of the gripping element ( 2 ) or in an inner space ( 33 ) of the gripping element ( 2 ), in particular wherein the adjusting weight ( 3 ) is mechanically connected to the guide element ( 32 ).
6 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 5 ,
characterized in that both the guide element ( 32 ) and the adjusting weight ( 31 ) are arranged within the gripping element ( 2 ).
7 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 6 ,
characterized in that the adjusting element ( 3 ) has a drive element ( 35 ) by means of which the adjusting weight ( 31 ) can be moved back and forth relative to the gripping element ( 2 ), in particular along a direction (H 3 ) running perpendicular to the main extension direction (H 2 ).
8 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 7 ,
characterized in that the drive element ( 35 ) moves the setting weight ( 31 ) back and forth along the main extension direction (H 2 ) of the gripping element ( 2 ) or at an angle to this main extension direction (H 2 ) of the gripping element ( 2 ) with at least one predeterminable frequency, for example periodically or aperiodically.
9 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 8 ,
characterized in that by means of the drive element ( 35 ) a substantially ellipsoidal and/or substantially circular path around a center point defined within the gripping element ( 2 ) the adjusting weight ( 31 ) is movable.
10 . The dumbbell device ( 100 ) according to claim 9 ,
characterized in that said path traverses only a partial circumference of an ellipse or circle.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
