Abstract

A foldable wheelchair ramp with high stability comprises a wheelchair board which is composed of a left access board and a right access board, the left and right access boards being hinged by a plurality of hinge devices; the left access board is composed of a plurality of left folding boards; the right access board is composed of a plurality of right folding boards; the left folding boards are hinged by the folding devices, and the right folding boards are hinged by the folding devices; the folding devices are connected with the matching supporting devices; the left folding board and the right folding board are both provided with an attachment board at the frontmost end. The present invention can ensure the strength of the wheelchair ramp when in use, and the stability of the wheelchair when passing through the wheelchair ramp.

I claim:

1 . A foldable wheelchair ramp with high stability comprising
an access board, the access board including a left access board and a right access board; a right side of the left access board and a left side of the right access board being hinged by a plurality of horizontally even-distributed hinge devices; wherein the left access board includes a plurality of horizontally distributed left folding boards, and the right access board includes a plurality of horizontally distributed right folding boards; a folding device is used to hinge between two of the left folding boards, and used to hinge between two of the right folding boards; the folding device is connected with a matching supporting device; the left folding board at the frontmost end and the right folding board at the frontmost end are both provided with an attachment board.

2 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 1 , wherein the folding device includes a rear hinge board provided under the left front and the right front of the rear left folding board and under the left front and the right front of the rear right folding board; and two front hinge boards provided under the left rear and the right rear of the front left folding board and under the left rear and the right rear of the front right folding board; there is a hinge gap between the two front hinge boards to allow the front end of the rear hinge board to penetrate, and are connected with a hinge shaft.

3 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 2 , wherein the supporting device comprises a U-shaped support frame; the support frame includes adjusting rods located on the left and right sides thereof, and the outer surface of the adjusting rod is provided with an external thread; the end of the adjusting rod is bolted with a supporting arm through the external thread, and the end of the supporting arm is connected with the hinge shaft; the adjusting rod is screwed with a plurality of adjusting nuts; two symmetrically arranged hinge seats are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the front left folding board and also on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the front right folding board; the hinge seat is hinged with a limit rod, and the left and the right limit rods are connected by a connecting rod; the distance between the left and the right limit rods is greater than the distance between the left and the right adjusting rods, and the limit rod can be affixed to the end face of the adjusting nut; the limit rod, the adjusting rod, the supporting arm, and the left folding board or the right folding boards enclose a triangular structure.

4 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 3 , wherein the left folding board and right folding board are provided with a plurality of screw sockets corresponding to the position of the support frame; a limit screw is threaded on the screw socket; the thread of the limit screw is sleeved with a magnet ring, wherein the inner diameter of the magnet ring is larger than the outer diameter of the thread of the limit screw, the inner diameter of the magnet ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the head of the limit screw, and the magnet ring moves along the thread of the limit screw through its inner hole; the support frame is made of a metal material which can be attracted to the magnet ring.

5 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 3 , wherein the adjusting rod is sleeved with an anti-wear sleeve adjacent to the adjusting nut and located above the adjusting nut, the inner diameter of the anti-wear sleeve is larger than the diameter of the adjusting rod.

6 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 1 , wherein the upper surfaces of the left folding board, the right folding board, and the attachment board are all provided with a plurality of horizontally even-distributed anti-skid strips.

7 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 1 , wherein the hinge device is a hinge; the connecting boards on the left and right sides of the hinge are fixed on the left access board and the right access board by screws.

8 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 1 , wherein the lower surface of the attachment board is provided with a plurality of evenly distributed anti-slip teeth in a horizontal strip shape.

9 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 1 , wherein the included angle formed between the lower surface of the attachment board and the left folding board at the frontmost side, and between the lower surface of the attachment board and the right folding board at the frontmost side is an obtuse angle.

10 . The foldable wheelchair ramp defined in claim 1 , wherein the left edge of the left access board and the right edge of the right access board all extend upwardly to form a baffle.
