Ad Hoc Item Geo Temporal Location and Allocation Apparatuses, Methods and Systems

Abstract

The Ad Hoc Item Geo Temporal Location and Allocation Apparatuses, Methods and Systems (“GeoTemp”) transforms user requested area (202), user layout request (1102), user request for product items (1402), layout, section, unit/item position, zone, user item selection inputs via GeoTemp components into location map (230), layout position (1135), booking (1026), goods services dispatch (1326, 1430), item reservation, item directions, inventory request, inventory delivery outputs. The GeoTemp includes an ad hoc geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus, comprising: a memory and a component collection in the memory. The GeoTemp further includes a processor disposed in communication with the memory, and configured to issue a plurality of processing instructions from the component collection stored in the memory, wherein the processor issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory. It includes instructions to obtain geographical layout message, and composite a geo-temporal map including asset items allocated within the confines defined by the geographical layout message. The GeoTemp also includes instructions to obtain an asset selection message from a user, allocate a selected asset for the user, update inventory availability accounting for the selected asset, and provide updated composite geo-temporal map including updated inventory availability.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An ad hoc geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus, comprising:
 a memory;   a component collection in the memory, including:   a processor disposed in communication with the memory, and configured to issue a plurality of processing instructions from the component collection stored in the memory,
 wherein the processor issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 obtain geographical layout message,
 wherein the geographical layout message includes: an initial bounding region definition with associated geographical position coordinates, an initial temporal state, an initial section region, an initial zone, an initial asset item, a destination bounding region definition with associated geographical position coordinates, a temporal duration, a destination section region, a destination zone, a destination asset item; 
 
 composite a geo-temporal map including asset items allocated within the confines defined by the geographical layout message; 
 obtain an asset selection message from a user,
 wherein the asset selection message includes an asset item identifier; 
 
 allocate a selected asset for the user; 
 update inventory availability accounting for the selected asset; 
 provide updated composite geo-temporal map including updated inventory availability. 
 
   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , further, comprising: generating a charge to the user for allocation of the asset. 
     
     
         3 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , further, comprising: providing gps coordinates for the allocated asset. 
     
     
         4 . A geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus, comprising:
 a memory;   a component collection in the memory, including:   a processor disposed in communication with the memory, and configured to issue a plurality of processing instructions from the component collection stored in the memory,
 wherein the processor issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 receive a venue indicator; 
 receive a seating bounding region with associated geographical position coordinates; 
 receive a selection from a user to participate in activities within the seating bounding region; 
 generate a database query to retrieve a seating activity layout template for the selected seating bounding region; 
 composite the retrieved seating activity layout template with the selected seating bounding region. 
 
   
     
     
         5 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the processor further issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 interact with items within the retrieved seating activity layout template.   
     
     
         6 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus of  claim 5 , wherein the processor further issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 obtain a selection for an item in the retrieved seating activity layout template, indicative of a desire to reserve a spot having X-Y coordinates and temporal stay coordinates.   
     
     
         7 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus of  claim 6 , wherein the processor further issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 obtain a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate.   
     
     
         8 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the processor further issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 obtain an initial composite of the seating boundary region;   load a grid associated with the initial composite to produce a second composite;   select a portion of the second composite for finer selection of a region for further interaction by a user.   
     
     
         9 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the processor further issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 obtain a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate, wherein the additional products include at least one of: a lounge chair, a beach chair, and a beach umbrella.   
     
     
         10 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the processor further issues instructions from the component collection, stored in the memory, to:
 obtain a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate, wherein the additional services include receiving suncare products, beverages, snacks and meals.   
     
     
         11 . A geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation system, comprising:
 memory means; and   component collection means in the memory means to issue instructions to:
 receive a venue indicator; 
 receive a seating bounding region with associated geographical position coordinates; 
 receive a selection from a user to participate in activities within the seating bounding region; 
 generate a database query to retrieve a seating activity layout template for the selected seating bounding region; 
 composite the retrieved seating activity layout template with the selected seating bounding region.

 interact with items within the retrieved seating activity layout template.

 obtain a selection for an item in the retrieved seating activity layout template, indicative of a desire to reserve a spot having X-Y coordinates and temporal stay coordinates.   
     
     
         14 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation system of  claim 11 , wherein the component means further issues instructions to:
 obtain a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate.

         18 . A processor-readable geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation non-transient medium storing processor-executable components, the components, comprising:
 a component collection stored in the medium, includes processor-issuable instructions to:
 receive a venue indicator; 
 receive a seating bounding region with associated geographical position coordinates; 
 receive a selection from a user to participate in activities within the seating bounding region; 
 generate a database query to retrieve a seating activity layout template for the selected seating bounding region; 
 composite the retrieved seating activity layout template with the selected seating bounding region. 
   
     
     
         19 . The processor-readable geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation non-transient medium storing processor-executable components of  claim 18 , wherein the component collection further issues instructions to:
 s interact with items within the retrieved seating activity layout template.

 obtain a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate, wherein the additional products include at least one of: a lounge chair, a beach chair, and a beach umbrella.   
     
     
         24 . The processor-readable geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation non-transient medium storing processor-executable components of  claim 21 , wherein the component collection further issues instructions to:
 obtain a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate, wherein the additional services include receiving suncare products, beverages, snacks and meals.   
     
     
         25 . A processor-implemented geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation method, comprising:
 receiving, via a processor, a venue indicator;   receiving, via the processor, a seating bounding region with associated geographical position coordinates;   receiving via the processor, a selection from a user to participate in activities within the seating bounding region;   generating, via the processor, a database query to retrieve a seating activity layout template for the selected seating bounding region;   compositing, via the processor, the retrieved seating activity layout template with the selected seating bounding region.   
     
     
         26 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation method of  claim 25 , further comprising:
 interacting, via the processor, with items within the retrieved seating activity layout template.   
     
     
         27 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation method of  claim 25 , further comprising:
 obtaining, via the processor, a selection for an item in the retrieved seating activity layout template, indicative of a desire to reserve a spot having X-Y coordinates and temporal stay coordinates.   
     
     
         28 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation method of  claim 27 , further comprising:
 obtaining, via the processor, a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate.   
     
     
         29 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation method of  claim 25 , further comprising:
 obtaining, via the processor, an initial composite of the seating boundary region;   loading, via the processor, a grid associated with the initial composite to produce a second composite;   selecting, via the processor, a portion of the second composite for finer selection of a region for further interaction by a user.   
     
     
         30 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation method of  claim 25 , further comprising:
 obtaining, via the processor, a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate, wherein the additional products include at least one of: a lounge chair, a beach chair, and a beach umbrella.   
     
     
         31 . The geographical and temporal mapping and item allocation method of  claim 25 , further comprising:
 obtaining, via the processor, a selection for additional products and services to be provided in the reserved spot at a specified temporal coordinate, wherein the additional services include receiving suncare products, beverages, snacks and meals.
