Abstract

An example operation includes one or more of identifying a dangerous driving situation, capturing first media by a vehicle involved in the dangerous driving situation, establishing a geofence based on a distance associated with the dangerous driving situation, and capturing second media by one or more other vehicles within the geofence.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A method, comprising:
capturing first media by a vehicle involved in a dangerous driving situation; capturing second media by one or more other vehicles within a geofence associated with the dangerous driving situation; and providing a cause for the dangerous driving situation based on a direction of one or more sounds and one or more videos associated with the first media and the second media.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first and second media are captured by one or more devices associated with the vehicle, another vehicle, an occupant of the vehicle, or an occupant of the one or more other vehicles.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein each of the first and second media comprises one or more of an audio file, a video file, a text file, an image file, vehicle telemetry, environmental data, traffic data, and sensor data.

4 . The method of claim 1 , comprising establishing a geofence based on a distance associated with the dangerous driving situation.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more sounds are synchronized with the one or more videos.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises:
timestamping the first and second media with one or more of a start time and an end time for each of the one or more sounds within the first and second media, respectively; and identifying a sound source for each of the one or more sounds.

7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
transmitting one or more of the first and second captured media related to the dangerous driving situation to storage outside the geofence, wherein the storage outside the geofence comprises cloud storage.

         8 . A vehicle, comprising:
a processor; and a memory, coupled to the processor, comprising instructions that when executed by the processor are configured to:
 capture first media by a vehicle involved in a dangerous driving situation;
capture second media by one or more other vehicles within a geofence associated with the dangerous driving situation; and
provide a cause for the dangerous driving situation based on a direction of one or more sounds and one or more videos associated with the first media and the second media.

9 . The vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the first and second media are captured by one or more devices associated with the vehicle, another vehicle, an occupant of the vehicle, or an occupant of the one or more other vehicles.

10 . The vehicle of claim 8 , wherein each of the first and second media comprises one or more of an audio file, a video file, a text file, an image file, vehicle telemetry, environmental data, traffic data, and sensor data.

11 . The vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to establish a geofence based on a distance associated with the dangerous driving situation.

12 . The vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to synchronize the one or pure sounds with the one or more videos.

13 . The vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to:
timestamp the first and second media with one or more of a start time and an end time for each of the one or more sounds within the first and second media, respectively; and identify a sound source for each of the one or more sounds.

14 . The vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to:
transmit one or more of the first and second captured media related to the dangerous driving situation to storage outside the geofence, wherein the storage outside the geofence comprises cloud storage.

15 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions, that when read by a processor, cause the processor to perform:
capturing first media by a vehicle involved in a dangerous driving situation; capturing second media by one or more other vehicles within a geofence associated with the dangerous driving situation; and providing a cause for the dangerous driving situation based on a direction of one or more sounds and one or more videos associated with the first media and second media.

16 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the first and second media are captured by one or more devices associated with the vehicle, another vehicle, an occupant of the vehicle, or an occupant of the one or more other vehicles.

17 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein each of the first and second media comprises one or more of an audio file, a video file, a text file, an image file, vehicle telemetry, environmental data, traffic data, and sensor data.

18 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the processor further performs establishing a geofence based on a distance associated with the dangerous driving situation.

19 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the processor further performs synchronizing the one or more sounds with the one or more videos.

20 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the processor further performs:
timestamping the first and second media with one or more of a start time and an end time for each of the one or more sounds within the first and second media, respectively; identifying a sound source for each of the one or more sounds; and
transmitting one or more of the first and second captured media related to the dangerous driving situation to storage outside the geofence, wherein the storage outside the geofence comprises cloud storage.
