Foldable gas burner
Abstract
The present invention relates to a foldable gas burner, in which a distance between a combustion part of a cooking part and a gas supply part is maximized when the gas burner is used in order to improve safety, and the cooking part and the gas supply part overlap each other when the gas burner is stored in order to minimize a volume, particularly, a length of the gas burner, thereby enabling the gas burner to be easily carried, stored, and received. Meanwhile, in consideration of a problem with safety such as prevention of a gas accident, there is a need for a safety means capable of automatically cutting off a supply of gas to the cooking part with high reliability when the supply part and the extension part overlap each other.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A foldable gas burner comprising:
a supply part; an extension part; and a cooking part, wherein the cooking part comprises a combustion part and a support part, the extension part extends from the cooking part, the other end of the supply part is hingedly coupled to one end of the extension part through a body hinge part so that the supply part and the extension part are folded in parallel or unfolded at a maximum angle, wherein when the gas burner is not used, one end of the supply part is adjacent to the cooking part and the support part is folded around a circumference of a body of the supply part in a mode in which the supply part and the extension part are folded side by side, wherein when the gas burner is used, the support part is unfolded about the cooking part and the supply part is pivoted from the extension part and unfolded at a maximum angle, and wherein a gas container connection restricting means for cutting off a supply of gas when the gas burner is not used is provided.
2 . The foldable gas burner of claim 1 , wherein the supply part comprises:
a reception part configured to receive a gas container; an adjustment part provided at the other end of the supply part and configured to adjust gas ignition and the supply of gas; and a piping part connected to the adjustment part and configured to supply the gas.
3 . The foldable gas burner of claim 1 , wherein the support part comprises:
a plurality of support part one ends horizontally rotatably and hingedly coupled to a bottom surface of the cooking part; a plurality of support part bottom bodies extending from the support part one ends; a plurality of support part vertical bodies bent upward from the support part bottom bodies; and a plurality of support part support bodies provided in parallel with the support part bottom bodies at upper ends of the support part vertical bodies.
4 . The foldable gas burner of claim 1 , wherein the gas container connection restricting means comprises:
a connection restricting groove provided at a position spaced apart from the body hinge part and formed in the form of an arc-shaped groove at a bottom surface of the other end of the supply part with the body hinge part considered as a center of a circle; and a connection restricting protrusion provided at a position spaced apart from the body hinge part and protruding vertically from an upper surface of one end of the extension part, and wherein when the supply part is pivoted, the connection restricting groove performs an arc motion while sliding on the connection restricting protrusion about the body hinge part.
5 . The foldable gas burner of claim 4 , wherein the connection restricting protrusion further comprises:
a head portion fixed to the extension part; and a body portion protruding upward from the head portion and penetrating the extension part, and wherein the connection restricting protrusion is disposed at one side position that deviates from a centerline of the extension part.
6 . The foldable gas burner of claim 4 , wherein a spacing distance from the body hinge part to the connection restricting groove or the connection restricting protrusion is equally set.
7 . The foldable gas burner of claim 5 , wherein in a state in which the supply part and the extension part are folded side by side, the connection restricting protrusion is positioned at one side end of the connection restricting groove so that gas container one end edge is in contact with the body portion,
wherein when the supply part is pivoted, the gas container one end edge performs the arc motion while being in contact with the body portion and is kept in contact with the connection restricting protrusion, and wherein when the supply part is deployed at a maximum angle, the gas container one end edge is detached from the connection restricting protrusion.
8 . The foldable gas burner of claim 4 , wherein the body hinge part is disposed at the other side position that deviates from a centerline of the extension part.
9 . The foldable gas burner of claim 1 , wherein the supply part has a stepped stand, and the stepped stand comprises:
a body formed as a flat plate member; a stepped stand rotary shaft hingedly coupled to one end of the supply part; and a bottom contact surface configured to support the supply part when the stepped stand is in contact with a bottom.
10 . The foldable gas burner of claim 2 , wherein the piping part comprises a pipe hinge part configured to be pivoted together with the body hinge part, and the pipe hinge part has a gas nozzle vertically configured at a lower end of the adjustment part, and a connection pipe having ends to which one end of the gas nozzle and one end of the piping part are coupled in a fitted manner.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
