Abstract
An elastic self-lubricating polishing tool includes an elastic grinding layer including an abrasive member and an elastic base layer affixed to the abrasive member, an absorbing layer absorbing and sustainedly releasing liquid inside of the absorbing layer, and an adhesive layer overlappedly connected with the elastic base layer of the elastic grinding layer and the absorbing layer. The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool is elastic and self-lubricating to sand and polish a surface of a workpiece.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, comprising:
an elastic grinding layer comprising an abrasive member and an elastic base layer affixed to said abrasive member; an absorbing layer absorbing and sustainedly releasing liquid inside of said absorbing layer; and an adhesive layer overlappedly connected with said elastic base layer of said elastic grinding layer and said absorbing layer so as to attach said elastic grinding layer to one side of said absorbing layer, wherein said adhesive layer is a thin filmed shaped adhesive layer formed by pressing an adhesive agent combination in a hot-press temperature.
2 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , further comprising another adhesive layer and said elastic self-lubricating polishing tool further comprising an outer flannelette layer, said adhesive layer overlappedly affixing said elastic grinding layer to the one side of said absorbing layer so as to allow liquid inside said absorbing layer to be released from said absorbing layer and penetrate through said adhesive layer and said elastic base layer of said elastic grinder layer, and said another adhesive layer is another thin filmed shaped adhesive layer, formed by pressing the adhesive agent combination in the hot-press temperature, overlappedly affixing said outer flannelette layer to other side of said absorbing layer.
3 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said absorbing layer is made of polymer material by a foaming process to absorb and sustainedly release liquid inside of said absorbing layer.
4 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein a lubricating coating is coated on said elastic grinding layer.
5 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said lubricating coating is coated on said abrasive member of said elastic grinding layer.
6 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said lubricating coating is made of material having lubricating, anti-static and water resistance properties.
7 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said absorbing layer further has a plurality of receiving holes formed by an absorbing layer body of said absorbing layer and said receiving holes are densely and numerously arranged inside said absorbing layer body, wherein large amount of liquid is received inside said receiving holes and is sustainedly released outside.
8 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said lubricating coating is made of material having lubricating, anti-static and water resistance properties.
9 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein compositions of manufacturing said lubricating coating are a lubricant agent component, an adhesive agent component and an antistatic agent component.
10 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 9 , wherein a basic proportion of said lubricant agent component, said adhesive agent component and said antistatic agent component by weight is 100:15:8.
11 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein the adhesive agent combination which comprises an amino resin agent component, a curing agent component and a flatting agent component is pressed in the hot-press temperature to form said thin-film-shaped adhesive layer.
12 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 11 , wherein said hot-press temperature value has a range from 70° C.-80° C.
13 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 11 , wherein a basic proportion of said amino resin agent component, said curing agent component and said flatting agent component by weight is 100:10:0.2.
14 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said abrasive member further comprises a plurality of abrasive convex pieces spacedly arranged on an outer side surface of said elastic base layer.
15 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said abrasive member further comprises a plurality of abrasive convex pieces spacedly arranged on an outer side surface of said elastic base layer, wherein said lubricating coating is coated on each of said plurality of abrasive convex pieces.
16 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said elastic base layer is a substrate of said elastic grinding layer and is made of elastic material having toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance, and good environmental protection non-toxic properties.
17 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 2 , wherein the adhesive agent combination which comprises an amino resin agent component, a curing agent component and a flatting agent component is pressed in the hot-press temperature to form said thin-film-shaped adhesive layers of said adhesive layer and said another adhesive layer.
18 . The elastic self-lubricating polishing tool, as recited in claim 17 , wherein said hot-press temperature value has a range from 70° C.-80° C.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
