Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A driver support assembly to work in concert with a setup assembly, the driver support assembly comprising:
a body defining a hollow chamber configured to receive a shaft therethrough; a collet assembly configured to receive the shaft and operatively engage the body to secure the shaft in relation to the body; and at least one fixed construct in fixed relation to the body, the construct configured to align the support assembly within a setup assembly.

2 . The driver support assembly of claim 1 wherein the hollow chamber is of a sufficient size to house at least a portion of a driver handle.

3 . The driver support assembly of claim 1 further comprising another fixed construct opposing the one fixed construct about the body.

4 . The driver support assembly of claim 1 wherein the collet assembly comprises a collet receiving flange coupled to the body and a nut coupling a collet between the nut and the receiving flange.

5 . The driver support assembly of claim 1 wherein the one fixed construct is a member extending along a sidewall of the body.

6 . The driver support assembly of claim 5 wherein the member is affixed to the body.

7 . The driver support assembly of claim 5 further comprising another construct coupled to the body.

8 . The driver support assembly of claim 7 wherein the member is coupled to the other construct.

9 . The driver support assembly of claim 1 further comprising another construct extending from the one construct.

10 . A setup assembly to work in concert with a driver support assembly and a cutting assembly, the setup assembly comprising:
a setup cradle configured to receive a body of a driver support assembly; and at least one opening defined by the setup cradle, the opening configured to receive constructs of the driver support assembly.

11 . The setup assembly of claim 10 wherein the setup cradle defines a complimentary structure to a portion of the driver support assembly.

12 . The setup assembly of claim 11 wherein the setup cradle and a portion of the driver support assembly are complimentarily curved.

13 . The setup assembly of claim 10 further comprising a head alignment assembly operably aligned with the setup cradle.

14 . The setup assembly of claim 13 wherein the head alignment assembly comprises a head guide.

15 . The setup assembly of claim 14 wherein the head alignment assembly further comprise an adjustment mechanism operably coupled to the tip guide.

16 . The setup assembly of claim 13 wherein the head alignment assembly comprises a tip guide opening.

17 . The setup assembly of claim 16 wherein the head alignment assembly further comprises a tip guide block configured to engage the tip guide opening and be removably affixed therein.

18 . The setup assembly of claim 17 wherein the tip guide block defines opposing tip guide recesses of differing sizes.

19 . The setup assembly of claim 10 wherein the setup cradle defines at least two openings, the openings configured to receive at least one construct of the driver support assembly.

20 . A cutting assembly configured to work in concert with a driver support assembly, the cutting assembly comprising:
a cutting cradle configured to slidably engage a body of a driver support assembly; at least one opening defined by the cutting cradle, the opening configured to receive constructs of the driver support assembly; and a cutting tool extending normally to the cutting cradle.

21 . The cutting assembly of claim 20 wherein the cutting cradle defines a complimentary structure to a portion of the driver support assembly.

22 . The cutting assembly of claim 21 wherein the cutting cradle and a portion of the driver support assembly are complimentarily curved.

23 . The cutting assembly of claim 20 wherein the constructs of the driver support assembly oppose one another.

24 . The cutting assembly of claim 20 wherein the cutting cradle is configured as a trough.

25 . A driver tip cutting assembly comprising:
 a platform supporting:
 a set up assembly; and
 a cutting assembly.

26 . The driver tip cutting assembly of claim 25 wherein the cutting assembly comprises a cutting head normally aligned with a cutting cradle.

27 . The driver tip cutting assembly of claim 25 wherein the setup assembly comprises a setup cradle operatively aligned with a head guide.
