Abstract

A toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus for protecting and concealing the toilet base includes a cover body having an outer side, an inner side, a top edge, a bottom edge, a left edge, and a right edge. The cover body is substantially flexible to conform to the shape of a toilet. A cover height of the left edge and the right edge is configured to extend from a rim of the toilet to proximal the floor. A plurality of bowl clips is coupled to the curtain. The plurality of bowl is coupled proximal the top edge of the curtain and selectively engages the rim of the toilet.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus comprising:
a cover body having an outer side, an inner side, a top edge, a bottom edge, a left edge, and a right edge, the cover body being substantially flexible to conform to the shape of a toilet, a cover height of the left edge and the right edge being configured to extend from a rim of the toilet to the floor, the cover body having a reinforced portion along the top edge and extending from the left edge to the right edge and a curtain portion extending from the reinforced portion to the bottom edge, the reinforced portion having a plurality of attachment apertures extending between the outer side and the inner side, the plurality of bowl clips being selectively engageable with the plurality of attachment apertures; and a plurality of bowl clips coupled to the curtain, the plurality of bowl clips being coupled proximal the top edge of the cover and configured to selectively engage the rim of the toilet.

         3 . (canceled)

4 . The toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus of claim 1 further comprising each bowl clip of the plurality of bowl clips having a clip body and a clip fastener.

5 . The toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus of claim 4 further comprising the clip body being a squared U-shape.

6 . The toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus of claim 1 further comprising at least one storage pocket coupled to the outer side of the cover body.

7 . The toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus of claim 6 further comprising the at least one storage pocket being a pair of storage pockets coupled adjacent the left edge and the right edge of the cover body.

8 . The toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus of claim 6 further comprising each storage pocket being mesh.

9 . The toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus of claim 1 further comprising at least one strap coupled to the cover body, each strap having a proximal end coupled to the cover body adjacent the top edge and proximal the left edge and a distal end having a first engagement member; at least one second engagement member coupled to the cover body, each second engagement member being coupled to the cover body adjacent the top edge and proximal the right edge, each first engagement member being selectively engageable with an associated second engagement member to secure each strap across the toilet behind the rim.

10 . The toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus of claim 9 further comprising the at least one strap being a pair of straps.

11 . A toilet bowl protective skirt apparatus comprising:
a cover body having an outer side, an inner side, a top edge, a bottom edge, a left edge, and a right edge, the cover body being substantially flexible to conform to the shape of a toilet, a cover height of the left edge and the right edge being configured to extend from a rim of the toilet to the floor, the cover body having a reinforced portion along the top edge and extending from the left edge to the right edge and a curtain portion extending from the reinforced portion to the bottom edge, the reinforced portion having a plurality of attachment apertures extending between the outer side and the inner side; a plurality of bowl clips coupled to the curtain, the plurality of bowl clips being coupled proximal the top edge of the cover and configured to selectively engage the rim of the toilet, each bowl clip of the plurality of bowl clips having a clip body and a clip fastener selectively engageable with the plurality of attachment apertures, the clip body being a squared U-shape; at least one strap coupled to the cover body, each strap having a proximal end coupled to the cover body adjacent the top edge and proximal the left edge and a distal end having a first engagement member, the at least one strap being a pair of straps; at least one second engagement member coupled to the cover body, each second engagement member being coupled to the cover body adjacent the top edge and proximal the right edge, the first engagement members being selectively engageable with the second engagement members to secure the straps across the toilet behind the rim; and at least one storage pocket coupled to the outer side of the cover body, the at least one storage pocket being a pair of storage pockets coupled adjacent the left edge and the right edge of the cover body, each storage pocket being mesh.
