Carpet Metal Sticker for Fixing Carpet and Carpet Fixing Structure

Abstract

A carpet metal sticker for fixing a carpet and a carpet fixing structure, the carpet fixing structure is used to fix at least four carpet. The carpet includes a composite back layer. The carpet fixing structure includes at least one carpet metal sticker. Four corners of the four carpets are respectively attached to the four hook fixing-carpet areas. A length of each of the hook needles taken along an extension direction thereof is equal to a thickness of the composite back layer. When the carpet is fixed onto the hook fixing-carpet areas, the hook needles are inserted into the composite back layer and is bent and fallen, and the hook needles are contained in the composite back layer. The hook needle can buckle the composite back layer of the carpet so as to fix the carpet onto the carpet metal sticker and avoid the phenomenon of warping and displacement of the carpet.

A carpet metal sticker for fixing carpet, comprising a base, four hook fixing-carpet areas arranged on one side of the base, and an adhesive layer disposed on the other side of the base, the four hook fixing-carpet areas intersecting at a central point, the base comprising a central axis passing through the central point and being perpendicular to the plane of the base, each of the four hook fixing-carpet areas comprising a plurality of hook needles extending out from the base and being made of metal material, an angle between an extension direction of each of the hook needles and the central axis being an acute angle, and the acute angle being between 70 degrees and 80 degrees, each of the hook needles having a tip, the hook needles of the hook fixing-carpet areas being spaced and arranged at intervals. 
     
     
         2 . The carpet metal sticker for fixing carpet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the base is made of metal. 
     
     
         3 . The carpet metal sticker for fixing carpet as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the hook needle and the base are integrally formed, the hook needles can be punched out from the base by stamping. 
     
     
         4 . The carpet metal sticker for fixing carpet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the four hook fixing-carpet areas intersect at a central point. 
     
     
         5 . The carpet metal sticker for fixing carpet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the four hook fixing-carpet areas equally divide the base. 
     
     
         6 . The carpet metal sticker for fixing carpet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the base is made of non-metal, and the hook needles are welding into the base. 
     
     
         7 . The carpet metal sticker for fixing carpet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each of the hook fixing-carpet areas have a shape of triangle, square or polygon.

A carpet fixing structure which is used to fix at least four carpet, wherein the carpet comprise a composite back layer, the carpet fixing structure comprise at least one carpet metal sticker as claimed in  claim 1 , four corners of the four carpets are respectively attached to the four hook fixing-carpet areas, a length of each of the hook needles taken along an extension direction thereof is equal to a thickness of the composite back layer, when the carpet is fixed onto the hook fixing-carpet areas the hook needles are inserted into the composite back layer and is bent and fallen, and the hook needles are contained in the composite back layer. 
     
     
         9 . The carpet fixing structure as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein when the carpet is installed, the corners of the four carpets should be located on the center point as much as possible so as to insure stability of the carpet.

The carpet fixing structure as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the standard for setting the acute angle is that the hook needle can be inserted into the composite back layer of the carpet, and not extend out of the composite back layer even if a hammer is use to hit the carpet toward the carpet metal sticker.
