Abstract

[Object] To provide a mechanism that can improve the transmission efficiency of the entire system in an environment in which dynamic resource sharing is performed. [Solving Means] Provided is a communication apparatus that communicates with a base station apparatus that receives first uplink data of grant-free transmission and second uplink data of grant-based transmission, the communication apparatus including: a setting unit that performs setting regarding grant-free transmission available resources based on setting information received from the base station apparatus; and a communication processing unit that receives, in a predetermined first slot, a downlink control channel including parameter information for grant-free transmission and that uses uplink resources selected from the grant-free transmission available resources to transmit the first uplink data generated based on the parameter information.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A terminal device configured to transmit a first uplink transmission using one or more first uplink resources, the terminal device comprising:
a radio transceiver; and a hardware processor configured to:
receive, from a base station via the radio transceiver, first uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is not overlapped with one or more second uplink resources used for a second uplink transmission; or
receive, from the base station via the radio transceiver, second uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is overlapped with the one or more second uplink resources used for the second uplink transmission,
wherein first uplink transmission parameter information and second uplink transmission parameter information are switched each other based on scheduling between the base station and another terminal apparatus, and wherein the another terminal apparatus is a terminal apparatus for low latency communication.

2 . The terminal device according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal device is a terminal device for low latency communication.

3 . The terminal device according to claim 1 , wherein the first uplink transmission is grant-free transmission, and
wherein the second uplink transmission is grant-based transmission.

4 . A base station configured to receive a first uplink transmission transmitted on one or more first uplink resources from a terminal device, the base station comprising:
a radio transceiver; and a hardware processor configured to:
transmit, to a terminal device via the radio transceiver, first uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is not overlapped with one or more second uplink resources used for a second uplink transmission; or
transmit, to a terminal device via the radio transceiver, second uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is overlapped with the one or more second uplink resources used for the second uplink transmission,
wherein first uplink transmission parameter information and second uplink transmission parameter information are switched each other based on scheduling between the base station and another terminal apparatus, and wherein the another terminal apparatus is a terminal apparatus for low latency communication.

5 . The base station according to claim 4 , wherein the terminal device is a terminal device for low latency communication.

6 . The base station according to claim 4 , wherein the first uplink transmission is grant-free transmission, and
wherein the second uplink transmission is grant-based transmission.

7 . A method of a terminal device configured to transmit a first uplink transmission using one or more first uplink resources, the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, first uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is not overlapped with one or more second uplink resources used for a second uplink transmission; or receiving, from the base station, second uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is overlapped with the one or more second uplink resources used for the second uplink transmission, wherein first uplink transmission parameter information and second uplink transmission parameter information are switched each other based on scheduling between the base station and another terminal apparatus, and wherein the another terminal apparatus is a terminal apparatus for low latency communication.

8 . A method of a base station configured to receive a first uplink transmission transmitted on one or more first uplink resources from a terminal device, the base station comprising:
a radio transceiver; and a hardware processor configured to:
transmit, to a terminal device, first uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is not overlapped with one or more second uplink resources used for a second uplink transmission; or
transmit, to a terminal device, second uplink transmission parameter information used for a case where the one or more first uplink resources is overlapped with the one or more second uplink resources used for the second uplink transmission,
wherein first uplink transmission parameter information and second uplink transmission parameter information are switched each other based on scheduling between the base station and another terminal apparatus, and wherein the another terminal apparatus is a terminal apparatus for low latency communication.
