Abstract
An exothermal vaporizer is provided. The exothermal vaporizer has a body including an air and vapor mix port, a fluid inlet port in communication with a reservoir, an air inlet, and a wicking material. A mouthpiece is coupled to the body and a temperature indicating cap is removable from the body. A counter flow design exothermal vaporizer, a modular exothermal vaporizer, and a vaporizer which is adjustable to modulate and/or regulate the flow ratio of dilution air and produced vapor are also disclosed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 20 . (canceled)
21 . A tip for a thermal extraction device, the tip comprising:
a tip body having an open channel extending longitudinally through the tip body, at least a portion of the open channel forming an extraction chamber; a first end of the tip body having an opening configured for receipt of material; a heat dissipation feature on the tip body; and a second end of the tip body having a coupling mechanism for coupling to a stem of a thermal extraction device.
22 . The tip of claim 21 , wherein the heat dissipation feature comprises one or more fins.
23 . The tip of claim 21 , wherein the coupling mechanism is configured for a friction fit engagement with a thermal extraction device.
24 . The tip of claim 21 , wherein the coupling mechanism comprises one or more o-rings on the second end of the tip body.
25 . The tip of claim 21 , further comprising one or more grooves on the interior wall of the extraction chamber and a circumferential compression fit diffuser disc.
26 . An assembly for a thermal extraction device, the assembly comprising:
a tip having a tip body having an open channel extending longitudinally through the tip body, at least a portion of the open channel forming an extraction chamber; a first end of the tip body having an opening configured for receipt of material; a heat dissipation feature on the tip body; and a second end of the tip body having a coupling mechanism for coupling to a stem of a thermal extraction device; and a cap removably seated over the first end of the tip body.
27 . The assembly of claim 26 , wherein the cap is a temperature indicating cap.
28 . The assembly of claim 26 , wherein the heat dissipation feature comprises one or more fins.
29 . The assembly of claim 26 , wherein the coupling mechanism is configured for a friction fit engagement with a thermal extraction device.
30 . The assembly of claim 26 , wherein the coupling mechanism comprises one or more o-rings on the second end of the tip body.
31 . The assembly of claim 26 , further comprising one or more grooves on the interior wall of the extraction chamber and a circumferential compression fit diffuser disc.
32 . An assembly for an exothermal vaporizer comprising:
a tip removably coupleable to an exothermal vaporizer, the tip comprising an insertion end, a hollow interior forming a vaporization chamber and a second end which has an opening to the vaporization chamber, the tip also comprising a heat dissipation feature; and a temperature indicating cap having a thermo-indicator, the cap positionable over the opening to the vaporization chamber on the tip and removable from the tip.
33 . The assembly as claimed in claim 32 , wherein the heat dissipation feature comprises one or more fins on an exterior surface of the tip.
34 . The assembly as claimed in claim 32 , wherein the tip includes a diffuser therein.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
