Abstract
A radar waveform generator, having a radar waveform selection assembly, permitting a user to select a waveform by picking any one out of a set of less than 50 center frequencies named in a 5 GHz Wi-Fi standard and any one out of a set of less than 10 pulse repetition waveforms. Further, the radar waveform generator has an electronic network producing and emits the selected radar waveform.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A radar waveform generator, comprising:
a) a radar waveform selection assembly, permitting a user to select a waveform by picking any one out of a set of less than 50 center frequencies named in a 5 GHz Wi-Fi standard and any one out of a set of less than 10 pulse repetition waveforms; b) an electronic network producing and emitting said selected radar waveform.
2 . The radar waveform generator of claim 1 , wherein said selection assembly includes a user input and a display screen, which displays a drop-down menu for said center frequencies when commanded to do so by said user input, and wherein said user input permits a user to select a center waveform from said drop down menu.
3 . The radar waveform generator of claim 2 , wherein said display screen is a liquid crystal display.
4 . The radar waveform generator of claim 2 , wherein said user input is a keypad.
5 . The radar waveform generator of claim 2 , having a mass of less than 600 grams.
6 . The radar waveform generator of claim 2 , being less than 400 cubic centimeters in volume.
7 . The radar waveform generator of claim 2 , being less than 15 cm in length.
8 . The radar waveform generator of claim 2 , being less than 10 cm in width.
9 . The radar waveform generator of claim 2 , being less than 3 cm in thickness.
10 . The handheld radar simulator of claim 2 , wherein said selection assembly can be used to cause said simulator to sequentially emit from each one of said pulse repetition waveforms, for a selected channel.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
