Behavioral data analytics platform
Abstract
A behavioral analytics platform may obtain a first data model that has been trained based on behavior data derived from historical sales data associated with a vendor and receive, from a user device, one or more interactions that request information related to one or more financing terms. The behavioral analytics platform may determine one or more financing preferences for a user of the user device based on a second data model that has been trained based on behavior data derived from the one or more interactions. The behavioral analytics platform may determine, based on the first data model and the second data model, a probability that the user of the user device and the vendor will be able to reach an agreement for an item available to purchase from the vendor and provide intelligence data related to the probability for display.
Claims

information associated with an extended warranty, information associated with an insurance policy, information associated with a periodic maintenance package, information associated with a damage protection policy, or information associated with a loss protection policy.
4 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:
receive, from the second entity, information associated with final terms of the offer based on the prospective purchaser agreeing to the proposed transaction for the at least one item; and update, based on the prospective purchaser accepting the final terms of the offer, a data model corresponding to a particular category of the plurality of categories that matched to the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser.
5 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:
model negotiation behavior for an entity associated with the second entity based on at least one of:
information associated with a plurality of variations among advertised terms for the at least one item,
information associated with the proposed terms of the offer related to the proposed transaction for the at least one item, or
information associated with final terms accepted by the prospective purchaser.
6 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of attributes include at least one of:
demographic information, or a credit score associated with the prospective purchaser.
7 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of predicted behaviors include at least one of:
information associated with predicted negotiation behavior, or financing preferences associated with a particular entity of the plurality of first entities.
8 . A method, comprising:
classifying, by a device, based on information associated with a plurality of patterns derived from a plurality of first requests received from a plurality of first entities, the plurality of first entities into a plurality of categories,
wherein the plurality of categories are associated with a plurality of predicted behaviors;
receiving, by the device and from a second entity, a second request including information associated with proposed terms of an offer related to a proposed transaction for at least one item available to purchase,
wherein the second request includes a plurality of attributes associated with a prospective purchaser of the at least one item;
matching, by the device, the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser of the at least one item to one of the plurality of categories; and providing, by the device and to the second entity, data for display via an interface accessible to the second entity,
wherein the data relates to one or more of the plurality of predicted behaviors that are related to the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the data includes a range of values that have historically been accepted by users classified in a particular category of the plurality of categories that matched to the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser.
10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the data indicates a probability of the prospective purchaser agreeing to purchase the at least one item that includes at least one of:
information associated with an extended warranty, information associated with an insurance policy, information associated with a periodic maintenance package, information associated with a damage protection policy, or information associated with a loss protection policy.
11 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:
receiving, from the second entity, information associated with final terms of the offer based on the prospective purchaser agreeing to the proposed transaction for the at least one item; and updating, based on the prospective purchaser accepting the final terms of the offer, a data model corresponding to a particular category of the plurality of categories that matched to the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser.
12 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:
modeling negotiation behavior for an entity associated with the second entity based on at least one of:
information associated with a plurality of variations among advertised terms for the at least one item,
information associated with the proposed terms of the offer related to the proposed transaction for the at least one item, or
information associated with final terms accepted by the prospective purchaser.
13 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of attributes include at least one of:
demographic information, or a credit score associated with the prospective purchaser.
14 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of predicted behaviors include at least one of:
information associated with predicted negotiation behavior, or financing preferences associated with a particular entity of the plurality of first entities.
15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions, the set of instructions comprising:
one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to:
classify, based on information associated with a plurality of patterns derived from a plurality of first requests received from a plurality of first entities, the plurality of first entities into a plurality of categories,
wherein the plurality of categories are associated with a plurality of predicted behaviors;
receive, from a second entity, a second request including information associated with proposed terms of an offer related to a proposed transaction for at least one item available to purchase,
wherein the second request includes a plurality of attributes associated with a prospective purchaser of the at least one item;
match the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser of the at least one item to one of the plurality of categories; and
provide, to the second entity, data for display via an interface accessible to the second entity,
wherein the data relates to one or more of the plurality of predicted behaviors that are related to the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser.
16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the data includes a range of values that have historically been accepted by users classified in a particular category of the plurality of categories that matched to the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser.
17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the data indicates a probability of the prospective purchaser agreeing to purchase the at least one item that includes at least one of:
information associated with an extended warranty, information associated with an insurance policy, information associated with a periodic maintenance package, information associated with a damage protection policy, or information associated with a loss protection policy.
18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions further cause the device to:
receive, from the second entity, information associated with final terms of the offer based on the prospective purchaser agreeing to the proposed transaction for the at least one item; and update, based on the prospective purchaser accepting the final terms of the offer, a data model corresponding to a particular category of the plurality of categories that matched to the plurality of attributes associated with the prospective purchaser.
