Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to systems for enhancing a first media item through the addition of a supplemental second media item. A user may provide a request to enhance a selected media item, and in response, an enhancement system retrieves and presents a curated collection of supplemental content to be added to the media, to the user. The user may review the curated collection of supplemental content, for example by providing a tactile input to scroll through the curated collection of content.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A system comprising:
a memory; and at least one hardware processor coupled to the memory and comprising instructions that causes the system to perform operations comprising: causing display of a first media item within a graphical user interface of a client device; receiving a request to access a collection of supplemental content from the client device; determining a contextual condition in response to the receiving the request to access the collection of supplemental content; curating the collection of supplemental content from a media repository based on the contextual condition; and causing display of a presentation of the collection of supplemental content at the client device.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the contextual condition includes location data that identifies a location of the client device.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the contextual condition includes user profile data associated with the client device.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the supplemental content comprises audio data.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the collection of supplemental content comprises an audio file, and the curating the collection of supplemental content further comprise:
generating the audio file at the client device; allocating the audio file to the media repository; assigning an identifier to the audio file; and selecting the audio file from the media repository based on the contextual condition.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the collection of supplemental content includes an audio file, and the operations further comprise:
receiving an input that selects the audio file from the presentation of the collection of supplemental content; and generating a second media item that comprises the audio file and the first media item based on the input.
7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the generating the second media item further comprises:
receiving an identification of a portion of the audio file; and generating the second media item based on the portion of the audio file and the first media item.
8 . A method comprising
causing display of a first media item within a graphical user interface of a client device; receiving a request to access a collection of supplemental content from the client device; determining a contextual condition in response to the receiving the request to access the collection of supplemental content; curating the collection of supplemental content from a media repository based on the contextual condition; and causing display of a presentation of the collection of supplemental content at the client device.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the contextual condition includes location data that identifies a location of the client device.
10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the contextual condition includes user profile data associated with the client device.
11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the supplemental content comprises audio data.
12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the collection of supplemental content comprises an audio file, and the curating the collection of supplemental content further comprise:
generating the audio file at the client device; allocating the audio file to the media repository; assigning an identifier to the audio file; and selecting the audio file from the media repository based on the contextual condition.
13 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the collection of supplemental content includes an audio file, and the method further comprises:
receiving an input that selects the audio file from the presentation of the collection of supplemental content; and generating a second media item that comprises the audio file and the first media item based on the input.
14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the generating the second media item further comprises:
receiving an identification of a portion of the audio file; and generating the second media item based on the portion of the audio file and the first media item.
15 . A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a machine, cause the machine to perform operations comprising:
causing display of a first media item within a graphical user interface of a client device; receiving a request to access a collection of supplemental content from the client device; determining a contextual condition in response to the receiving the request to access the collection of supplemental content; curating the collection of supplemental content from a media repository based on the contextual condition; and causing display of a presentation of the collection of supplemental content at the client device.
16 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the contextual condition includes location data that identifies a location of the client device.
17 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the contextual condition includes user profile data associated with the client device.
18 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the supplemental content comprises audio data.
19 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the collection of supplemental content comprises an audio file, and the curating the collection of supplemental content further comprise:
generating the audio file at the client device; allocating the audio file to the media repository; assigning an identifier to the audio file; and selecting the audio file from the media repository based on the contextual condition.
20 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the collection of supplemental content includes an audio file, and the operations further comprise:
receiving an input that selects the audio file from the presentation of the collection of supplemental content; and generating a second media item that comprises the audio file and the first media item based on the input.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
