Abstract

A glove or mitten to enhance insulation covering the fingers and thumb in order to keep the fingers warm while also enabling the fingers to bend. The glove or mitten has uniform insulation covering the fingers and thumb and able to bend at one area at the knuckle, or a non-uniform layer of insulation that enables the knuckles and the two joints on the fingers, and one joint on the thumb, to bend while still keeping the fingers and thumb warm. The padding of the glove or mitten may be put in the parts of the finger in a way that shall not obstruct the movement of the joints. For the joints, there may be padding covering them that allows the joints to move and/or is the same as the original base of the glove or mitten that is present in the rest of the hand.

1 . A handwear for general use that may comprise a pad with any thickness and/or material different than that of the rest of the glove between Phalanges bones and that extends around the Proximal Phalanges, Middle Phalanges, Distal Phalanges, and Metacarpal. 
     
     
         2 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein padding or insulation on the finger and thumb joints that may have a variable thickness than the area between the joints or palm or back of hand. 
     
     
         3 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein the padding or insulation on the finger and thumb joints have less thickness than the area between the joints of palm or back of hand. 
     
     
         4 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein the padding or insulation at the finger tips and thumb tips have enhanced padding or insulation increasing the surface area that the fingers can grip. 
     
     
         5 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein is comprised of a plurality of accessories like jewels, or hooks. 
     
     
         6 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein is comprised of a plurality of design. 
     
     
         7 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein is comprised of a plurality of colors. 
     
     
         8 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein is a mitten shape. 
     
     
         9 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein is a glove shape. 
     
     
         10 . The handwear garment of  claim 3 , further comprises material securing the thicker between joints of knuckle and thumb material with the thinner material located at the joints. 
     
     
         11 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein the extra and/or different padding is located at the fingertips. 
     
     
         12 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , where the padding extends between each of the joints of the fingers and the padding at the joints may have less thickness or more malleable material than the other parts covering the Phalanges bones. 
     
     
         13 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein the thickness of padding on the top of the fingers can be different than the thickness of padding at the palm. 
     
     
         14 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein there is variable padding thickness of the fingers on the palm side of the handwear 
     
     
         15 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the top side of the fingers could be less than that of the palm side. 
     
     
         16 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , wherein the outer side of the handwear could have thicker padding than the palm side on the fingers to enable the movement and bending of the fingers. 
     
     
         17 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , further comprises as outer fabric to hold the padding or insulation as well as the thinner padding at the joints. 
     
     
         18 . The handwear garment of  claim 17 , further comprises different material than the padding or insulation between the joints or thinner material at the joints. 
     
     
         19 . The handwear garment of  claim 18 , further comprises material that can include but is not exclusive to wool, cotton, polyester and any combination thereof. 
     
     
         20 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , further comprises material that can include but is not exclusive to polyester, cotton, wool, nylon, silk, and any combination thereof. 
     
     
         21 . The handwear garment of  claim 1 , where in the material is in one to hundreds of layer of fabric.
